Hey there!

Alex from Australia here. I've done plenty of travel in Australia as house sitters and have seen more of the country than most other Australians.

I'm excited to now do more overseas travel, and enjoy deeper experiences through Workaway!

I'm an able and responsible person who is keen to meet new faces and enjoy the lifestyle others can enjoy in there homes. It's exciting to have the chance to learn new skills with others, as well as share my own experiences and abilities with other people as well.

I'm especially excited to enjoy new food, wild nature and unfamiliar experiences in my travels!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm exceptionally capable and have no issues learning new skills on the job.

I enjoy cooking and can create many different meals from a range of cuisines. Chinese, Korean, Indian, Italian, South-East Asian and Lebanese are just some of dishes he serves up. He has a fondness for vegan and vegetarian cooking, but still knows how to put together a great Beef Rendang,

I also enjoys anything hands-on, from building and constructing things, to arts and crafts and particularly enjoys woodwork, drawing and illustration.

I have also been a house sitter and have a lot of experience caring for pets and other animals.

I love finding new and interesting recipes to add to my list of meals, as well as trying new food.

I enjoy getting out into nature and explore the wilderness on hikes and walks in the countryside.

I enjoy video games, and particularly enjoy Pokemon, The Legend of Zelda, Starcraft and Fallout.

I like to exercise and stay active. I even orgainsed and ran a boot camp in Sydney for other like-minded people.

I have worked for the Australian government and in Film and TV and would love nothing more than to be able to explain to you why The Fifth Element, Princess Mononoke and Chungking Express are the three greatest films of all time.
