Descrição
Small farm without any farming since the land is rented out, but the forest is maintained by me. Also have a vegetable garden and berry bushes and lots of machines like tractors, ATV, snowmobile etc.
I have 2 sons that are visiting regularly.
Help can be gardening, carpentry, painting houses, general house work or forest help. Also might need mechanical help with machines.
The farm is close to the small town of Namsos, and close to the forest, mountains with lakes and the salmon river Namsen
We also have a cabin that sometimes need some maintenance. It is located on a small island in the Namsenfjord. If maintenance is needed there, we go there together.
Our local small airport is Namsos (osy), regional (some international) is Trondheim 160 km away (trd) and main international is Oslo 700km away (osl).
You can also get here by train from Oslo or Trondheim to Steinkjer and then bus from there to Namsos.

It was a fantastic experience. As a first-time as a workawayer, I couldn't have asked for anything better.I had a wonderful time.
The atmosphere was warm, spectacular, and very welcoming. TOP.
The food was spectacular. We took a culinary journey from Norway to France, Thailand, and Italy. TOP.
