I'm an Italian girl, 27 years old.
I'm truly passionate about yoga — both in my personal practice and in teaching others. Yoga inspires me every day, helping me connect with my mind, body, and spirit, and I love sharing that energy and knowledge with others in a way that is supportive and encouraging.
Besides yoga, I love gardening, nature, hiking, surfing, exploring new foods, reading, and connecting with genuine people. I’ve been traveling since I was 16, with my home base in Rome. Traveling and experiencing new cultures, meeting people with their unique stories, has helped me discover myself and my passions. I’m always eager to learn new things, help others, and create meaningful memories along the way.
I work in environmental monitoring because I care deeply about our planet and the health of its people.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm used to talk with strangers because I've been working like botanical guide tour for the Botanical Garden of Rome since 1 year, I'm teaching environmental education to children through private activities and I've worked like receptionist for a European science event. Thanks to these jobs I'm able to manage and organize groups of people.
I grew up in the countryside that's why I'm skilled in manual labor such as gardening, assistance to animals and cleaning.
I did a student exchange in Bruxelles where I was always in touch with different cultures improving my english. I would like to improve my French and learn Spanish so that I can compare myself with as many people as possible.
