Hi there!

I'm Alejandro, a Costa Rican who's been living in Portugal for the past 7 years. Hoping to do my first workaway soon, as I finally have some days of complete freedom and I can at last take the time to have this experience!

I'm hoping to meet nice people and switch from being in a computer most of the day to get down to physical work, which I believe is way more fulfilling. I'm curious to explore other areas of the country and get to understand in a deeper way how things work out in there and how's the people's day to day away from the city life that I'm used to in Lisbon.

Outdoors events/work, nature, real connection, impact and good vibes are key!

I'm fluent in 3 language and could help out with teaching basics. Probably not super comfortable in getting too much in detail with grammatical rules and more complex topics.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I adapt very well to places, situations and roles. Im very interested in learning and I can assure that I have all the motivation to do so and get better at whatever I'm doing!

I have some experience in basic construction (i've worked in remodeling a couple of houses) but don't expect a full professional! I enjoy this and landscaping a lot.

I've also volunteered in some community gardens, therefore I know my way around soil and am not afraid of getting dirty.

I like sports and being active! Hopefully outdoors. But important to mention is that I have a lot of experience in martial arts, currently holding a brown belt in jiu jitsu. I'd be happy to share some knowledge!
