Hi, hosters,

My name is Cao Feifei, and I'm from China. I'm currently a PhD student at EMLYON Business School in France. I love traveling alone and have been to Japan, Thailand, the five Nordic countries, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, the UK, Italy, Serbia, and Russia. On each trip, I meet people from different countries, and I enjoy sharing my travel experiences and discussing our cultures – which is why I chose you. I'm also a big fan of outdoor sports. During my undergraduate studies, I won first place in a 10km race in Nantong, China. I also love cycling; one summer, I cycled over 70km alone from my home to my grandmother's. I'm a quick learner with strong self-discipline and execution skills, and I'm very focused. After graduating with my master's degree, I found a university teaching job in China, where I helped guide students to win numerous awards on their theses. Four years later, I resigned to pursue my PhD. I enjoy a lifestyle of writing papers, reading, and exercising every day, which keeps me constantly learning and motivated. Furthermore, I've been sharing accommodations since I was 18, which has cultivated my ability to live independently. I know how to keep the house clean and do chores. Of course, I'm also very willing to learn new things and skills. I'm a very responsible person. During my studies in Lyon, France, I was able to complete all the tasks assigned to me by Bruno (my supervisor) smoothly and to a high standard. For example, last year I participated in the Who Academy conference and received unanimous praise from the attendees. This year, at the Hackson competition hosted by Harvard Business School and held at Lyon Business School, I served as Bruno's mentor, assisting him in completing the competition perfectly.

Furthermore, my research focuse on the SGD and economic growth, I hope I would get deep insight about ecosystem on this intership, based on my experience before, has link with ecoprojects, I would like to learn practical skills and support my research.

As a guest, I am respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I value honesty, communication, and mutual respect. I am excited to contribute my energy and skills while learning from hosts and sharing experiences together. I hope my Workaway journey will help me grow both personally and professionally while creating meaningful memories and friendships along the way.
