  We are a non-profit that supports the economic development of the people of Puerto Rico through entrepreneurial initiatives, education, and creating opportunities for women and girls. Through a combination of training, education and mentorship initiatives that utilize the beautiful culture, art and people of Puerto Rico, our goal is to end financial hardship and provide economic opportunities and self-sufficiency for people on the island.
  
  We want to host new volunteers to support our work in Puerto Rico in our coffee farm. Duties include:
  Farm Operations:
  Clean-up and Fertilizers.
  Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the farm premises.
  Removing debris, weeding, and ensuring the farm areas are tidy and presentable to visitors.
  Application and management of fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth. This may include preparing and mixing fertilizers, applying them to specific areas, and monitoring their effectiveness.
  General clean up support.
  
  Tour facilitation: (seasonal): Help with conducting farm tours for visitors. This will involve providing information about the farm, its practices, and the products available.Ensure a positive visitor experience by answering questions and addressing any concerns.

  We are a non profit that is committed to creating economic opportunity and social justice to our community. The traveller(s) will have a chance to play a significant role in our newest project in Puerto Rico and support our social enterprise of our social impact arabica coffee and meaningful experiences. We donate all of our net proceeds back to our programs to provide scholarships to low income women and youth living in Puerto Rico. We are able to offer a stipend, training and transportation.

  Ajuda

  We want to provide housing in our 16 acre farm in Las Marias, Puerto Rico and support Farm Operations.
  
  We also need farming support with the plants, putting water and fertilizer in the our coffee and plantain trees.
  We need social media and communications support and photography services and support with tours.
  We would love to build a meditation area and a bonfire area.

  Single twin beds in shared or private room and a shared bathroom. Access to a full exterior kitchen, walking trails and a shared kitchen within the two houses.
