  Hello. I am Dennis. I am the builder and owner of the boat. It is an 18m aluminium electric-powered sailboat. The pictures should explain more. She is currently parked in Greece getting ready for the 2025 summer season with thoughts of beyond.
  
  We are looking for an expression of interest for life. Its time to be creative and decide how you want to live. Who you are and what you can bring to boat life could help shape your 2025+.
  
  Life on board will begin in May 2025. Where the boat goes is still undecided. It will depend on who is selected for life on board.
  
  
  Some topics we are currently exploring include;
  
  Do you have an electrical background or want to learn about it?
  Eco-friendly and electric: What does it mean to have an electric sailboat? How are batteries configured, how does a battery management system work, what range can you get, how fast can you go? This is something that I will personally be working on. I built the boat and configured the battery that powers the electric motor. Everything is tied into Home Assistant. It's time to produce a series of videos on how it is all put together.
  
  Are you a chef who wants to promote vegetarian dishes and cooking on induction?
  The boat has an induction cooktop and electric oven. During the 6 summer months of 2022, we cooked for 4 adults and 2 children. Each took turns making dishes from their own experiences. Life on board is different from life on land for cooking. Off-grid electricity takes that to another level. How would you like to create a menu and produce a video series on cooking on the water?
  
  Are you a video producer and interested in starting your own YouTube channel?
  People all over the world are making a life around their YouTube channel. Sailing in Greece making videos of beaches and crystal clear water, is certainly a channel that many people young and old would watch. Included in that, there is over 1 terabyte of video footage of the making of the boat. Use your skills to produce videos on the building of the boat and current videos of life on board. Money made from such a venture will be shared accordingly.
  
  Charity work! Do you have NGO connection that can line up work for the crew? Let's start in the Mediterranean and see where this can lead. Water projects on an island to assist in better living? Beach cleanups. Look after less fortunate children and bring them onboard to learn the responsibilities of a boat.
  
  Are you a marketing expert who wants to get involved with a new boat business?
  We have started a new company and are currently producing a small tender for the sailing community. TuffTenders.com will be launching in 2025 with the first tender being a 2.8m aluminium boat. We will take pictures, post on Instagram, produce marketing videos, tow 3 or 4 of the tenders behind the boat and have races in our spare time. This will be a big job and responsibility to see where we can take the business. We will run things from the boat. Are you up for it?

  The boat can be your environment to learn. The crew will likely be from various places around the world. Living onboard will certainly help you interact with others. In addition, the places sails to will have their cultural differences whether big or small. Even from one side of Greece to the other, you will learn different ways of life.
  You will have no choice but to learn sailing and life on board. There are many tasks to perform onboard. Some fun like grabbing the wheel of the boat and sailing Her into the wind, while others may include washing the deck. No matter what the task, you will have the support of the other crew members and myself to learn and get through things.

  As we are going to live all together in a boat, we wish for people who are comfortable with sharing spaces in a harmonious way and making a community.
  
  This is what will be expected :
  
  -Help with cooking simple and delicious food (we usually cook lunch and dinner)
  -Help with building tasks around the boat
  -Help with boat maintenance (like cleaning the deck, restoring it, etc.)
  -Help with video making or animation. Ongoing posts to the Instagram channel and other media. If you get along great with the camera, animation, or editing programs, you are very welcome to produce.
  -Shower regularly and maintain your hygiene
  -Not smoking on board
  -Respect others
  -Be content to wait for the weather. As we are electric, there are times we anchor for a few days to wait for the wind.
  
  We have a guitar on board and it is always appreciated if someone can play and sing.

  Acomodação

  The boat has room for 6 people on board. 2 berths are double beds suited for couples. 1 room has 2 single bunks.
  There is one head that includes a shower.
  It is life on a boat with close quarters. Rooms are relatively small, yet the outdoor life is big. Respect for others is a must. Everyone will share in the task of cooking. Unless there is a crew member that loves cooking so much we cannot get them out of the galley;)
  A vegetarian-friendly menu will need to be agreed upon.

  You can go and explore the islands, swim, enjoy boat life wherever we are!
  Its important to mention that we are living on water and relying on the wind! So we have to be careful with the use of water on board, its important that you know how to swim and don't get seasick. Our daily schedule is flexible, so be prepared for the unexpected and adventure!
