I would welcome Anaelle and Lucas back anytime, they are wonderful human beings in all ways, and as a couple they have a lovely Presence. In the (too short) week that they stayed, Anaelle (an architect) redesigned numerous spaces in my home, with valuable input from Lucas. Their experience working together back home makes them a very strong team.
… read more Lucas has many trade skills that he put to great use, above and beyond my requests. Hd fixed many things in my house. Anaelle clearly loves to cook, and you taste it in her yummy meals. Reliable, hard working and easy going. And so sweet with our cat, Bella. I look forward to meeting them again.

Best place to stay. Penelope was just the perfect host, we stayed for 1 week and if we had enough time we would have stayed much more. We really loved to share moments with her and talk about everything. The food was delicious and profusely, we missed nothing.
She gived us a lot of advice for the rest of our trip.

At the first conversation with Penelope, we knew we'll have an amazing time ! We fell in love with Penelope's personality ! She is so inspiring and we loved listening to her incredible and funny stories about her travels and her life. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the room is more than comfy and we totally felt home and it's an amazing feeling

It was like we were part of the family and we love thinking about Penelope as our antie :) We had plenty of time to discover the surroundings with the bikes or the car when available. Radhika was a wonderful Workaway guest. She is cheerful, intelligent and fun to have in the house. Best of all for me, she is also a great helper on any task she's given. I would love to host her again when she's in my area. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a Workaway

Staying with Penelope was such a beautiful experience. I stayed there in total for 10 days.
Penelope is easy to get along with, has so much worldly knowledge, has a beautiful home and is very welcoming. She made me and my friend feel apart of the family enjoying many dinners together and life chats.
There is a range of work to do there, we
… read more helped organise and clear out her house, helped with general housework and gardening (weather permitted).
We also had a chance to meet some of her friends who are also just as welcoming as she is.
The beach is super close and there are buses around the gold coast.

Camille is a wonderful human being in all ways and an asset as a Workaway Helper. She fitted into our household of me and my teenager perfectly. With a science background she brought all sorts of additional skills and insights to tasks that I had been avoiding. I recommend her 100%

1 month instead of 1 week ! I felt so good at Penny's house that I didn't want to leave !
Penny ... what an incredible host, more than that, like a mother for me here in Australia. She was my english teacher, she really wanted to improve my english by an immersion. She was very helpful with me for everything (find a work, new woofing in the
… read more north,pick up lift ...). Moreover, I ate so well !! I discovered many meals and I had also the opportunity to cook for them (I like cooking). I was very free to do what I wanted to do and Penny was very flexible, generous and FUNNY. I was so glad to share these moments with her and her daughter, in résumé: to be part of a family.
For the work it was very interesting for me because I had a lot of time outside to do gardening, weeding, even create a vegetable garden. When it was raining I was in charge of the cleaning and do some blitz (ahah)
When Penny brought me at the train station I was very sad to leave her. So I recommand Penny and her daughter at 100% !!!
