This is a lifestyle block in conversion to organics....just myself and a lot of animals. Its a lovely place in the hills in Central Hawkes Bay. The block is attached to the main sheep and cattle farm so there is sometimes the possibility to see the main farm.

I can teach you how to milk a goat and how to drench and do hooves. How to handle animals and also about vegetable growing. I love cooking and sharing good food.
This is a conversion to organic property. I have chickens and dairy goats plus a vegetable garden.
The help I need on occasion is cleaning out the chicken house. Drenching with bio drenches the goats. Planting seeds in the veggie garden. Sometimes the odd chores around the house. And walking my red dog:) which is always an adventure.
We are currently seeking a strong male to help with jobs ranging for firewood to lawns.

There is a king size bed in your own room. You don't need to bring linen this is provided
On your time off there is a cafe 8 minutes drive from here. A river to explore and local farmland. If you don't have transport there is the possibility of being dropped in the city on days that we are doing a trip to the city.
