Due to the Corona Virus Covid 19 in Ireland we are practicing social distancing and cannot invite anyone into our homes from abroad.....
Working Artist with a country cottage home and a studio in the garden. Accommodation is in the upstairs floor of the studio apart from the family home . We live a quiet life with a small family. Help is needed to maintain my garden - hedge trimming, weeding etc.and some painting of gates doors etc on the property, Short stays only.

The area is a typical Irish farming environment - far from towns and cities - close to nature ; - mountains and Wicklow way walking route and historical sites quite close and accessible. If you want a quiet place to think, write , meditate , commune with nature then this is a good place for you. The studio is the work place of an artist with paintings on view.
There is NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT to the area but as a host I will do the best I can to make time to drive you about to places of interest and bring you with me to visit nearby towns when the occasion arises.

General garden maintenance , hedge trimming, lgrass mowing, weeding gravel walk and flower beds . General repairs and maintenance painting windows, doors and fencing.

Bedroom area in upper floor of my art studio which is separate from the house. Single bed only. There is a bathroom with a Shower and Toilet downstairs, ( Sometimes shared with artists studio) . Small kitchen area in studio with fridge, electric kettle and toaster.
Breakfast : Tea, coffee, breakfast cereal, bread, cheese, fruit and snacks etc. available in the studio. Lunch and Dinner /cooked food provided . Vegetarians catered for.
The home of an artist with studio in a wild garden . We live in a rural area in the countryside .The area is very scenic with beautiful mountain , woodland and hill walks nearby -
We are close to the Wicklow way, Historic megalithic tomb and ancient burial sites also ancient Ring Fort nearby. The famous Altamont gardens are 8 miles away.
There is NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT in the immediate area but a regular Bus from Tullow which is 7 miles ( 11 kilometres) away -to Carlow , Wexford and Dublin . Nearest train station is in Carlow- 17 miles ( 27 kilometres) away.
