Marcos was a wonderful addition to the home. He's a really nice guy with a lovely calm way about him. He was great with all duties regardless and has takes initiative to solve issues. I had a very pleasant time at Davina's. Everyone in her family were truly lovely and welcoming since the very first day I arrived and until I left. I felt very comfortable at all times during my stay and the accomodation was excellent. They are a chill and relaxed family, with an open and giving heart. I would love to come back some day and

Here was the first place for me on workaway. Davina and her family were really kind and welcome so I could warm up there soon. There was lovely environment. Her house is modern and really comfortable. I spent a wonderful time more than I expected. Also, we could go to coffee shop, pubs and the sea. They made me feel that I'd like to live such a
… read more lovely place in the future. When it comes to working, it wasn't tough at all. We had been enjoyed working with other workawayers every day. Additionally, we worked flexible, which means I could choose start time and day off. Looking buck, now I strongly think I could meet great people and place. Davina always think us the first. She gave me a lot of things without reward. I have to appreciate her. I felt I'd like to be such a person from now on. Once again, thanks Davina and her family. Issei stayed with me for 3 weeks and was wonderful in all aspects. He was polite, hardworking and nothing was ever a problem for him. I would really recommend Issei for any workawayer position as he is very adaptable. During his time with me, he helped with housework, my dog, painting and was really good with flatpacks and small DIY jobs. I would

Wendy stayed with us for 3 weeks, and I honestly wish she was here longer. She's a wonderful person who you will have many interesting conversations with. She was kind, helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she always took intiative, cleaning up the kitchen, helping with kids etc' even when it wasn't within her hours. If

I can’t put into words how much I love this place. I stayed here for 3 weeks in August and everything was wonderful.
Davina is a very nice person, and if you have any problems or needs you can always discuss with her. Two children are very polite, you can have a good conversation with them.
The location is really good. There’s a bus stop outside
… read more the house. It takes 1-1.5 hours to Dublin, and near Bray and Glendalough. There have a lot of places you can visit. The house is very cozy and clean.
Work is not heavy. Depending on weather, I did some cleaning, cooking, painting and gardening here.
It’s really grateful to have this experience of joining an Irish family and sharing their lifestyle. If I have a chance, I definitely want to come back here.

I stayed at Davina's house for 2 weeks. The house is tidy, clean and large. Davina was a nice and helpful person with me. During this experience I worked alone and in a group like painting and gardening. I suggest everyone to try an experience in this host-family. Greetings to Davina.
