  We’re a conscious family living in Costa Rica, raising our daughter as naturally and holistically as possible. We are looking for someone aligned with holistic living.
  
  We live in Ojochal, Puntarenas, in a beautiful and serene location surrounded by nature. There is a beautiful waterfall and creek next door (see photos). We are not too far from major centers but perfectly away from the noise and chaos. Everyone who comes here says how quiet it is. We have a spacious and beautiful home with a pool and we are located in a gated community so it's really safe. It's the perfect place to discover the healing nature of Costa Rica and come back to yourself.
  
  We aspire to live in community, and the dream we are actively working on is to live in an intentional community where we can support one another, share resources, live from the land and thrive! We love community gatherings, singing, dancing and spending time in nature.
  
  We eat really clean, so the ideal person also follows a healthy diet and lifestyle. We are early risers, quiet and relaxed people.

  We are spiritual people who really listen to nature, connect with the elements as much as possible and attend conscious community gatherings, which there are many of in Costa Rica. We hope that those who come live with us will learn to live in connection with nature as we do, eating pure and fresh food, healing body mind and spirit through the simple experience of being! Also, we are currently building a little cacao business so anyone who comes will have the opportunity to learn to make cacao and chocolate and learn to work with it ceremonially.

  Ajuda

  We are especially looking for some support with our 1 year old daughter. She is a super smiley and enthusiastic baby and really easy to care for! Otherwise we could use some help with meals, keeping the house tidy (we have a cleaner who also comes) and some occasional support with cooking. Also, I am starting a little cacao making business and learning as I go but it's a labour of love so we could also use some help with that if you like.

  Our Spanish could definitely use some improvement! Happy to teach English or French in exchange.

  Acomodação

  You will have your own bedroom with a queen bed and your own private bathroom. The bedroom is very dark and quiet, but expect our daughter to be up at 5:30am-6am, so it's not a place to sleep in late. Most people in Costa Rica wake up early.
  
  We eat mostly organic and vegetarian. We will offer dinner in the exchange. The rest of the meals we ask that you be responsible for.

  We like to go to the river, to the beach here and there. We live 15 min from the ocean and 30 min from Uvita. It's the right place for someone who wants to live slowly and just be, not seeking to do all sorts of stuff all the time. We are quiet people who seek simplicity. The most important thing for us is to have someone aligned with our values, meaning someone who understands what it means to live consciously. If you have spiritual practices such as meditation or yoga or anything, or you love to play music or sing then we will get along great.
