I have an apartment that is rented out as a guesthouse that I need help with keeping clean and tidy, and preparing rooms for guests.
You will be living next door, in a shared apartment with other workawayers and a guest room which will also be under your care. This needs about 15 hours of help a week in exchange for a place to stay and use of the apartment common areas. The apartment is shared with guests and also other workawayers so it usually has quite a nice communal feel to it.
Basically I need someone who is good with people, has a natural ability to keep a space clean and tidy, and can also do basic communications with guests using a smartphone.
We will welcome you into our family where you will be involved in our little community life on Gozo, which involves many events involving healthy food, freediving, beach yoga, acroyoga, ecstatic dance, group meditation, camping, walks in nature, climbing, swimming etc! Most busy time for performing tasks is around between 11-2pm and workawayer is free to organise their time to their preference.
With this work you get to meet new people, live in a simple place with lots of surrounding nature areas such as swimming spots and nice treks. Besides being integrated to our community and there is the opportunity to learn some knowledge that we can share about our healthy way of living.
Karl is a life loving guy who loves nature, trail running, swimming, sailing, free-diving, eating well and being around amazing people. Karl can share any knowledge on these topics for those interested and also his passion for making raw (delicious) chocolate.
This opportunity is ideal for anybody wishing to try living in a new country without much risk of spending much money but experiencing a new country and especially the idyllic island of Gozo!

Travellers will get the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Gozo, the slow paced life of a small island in the heart of the Mediterranean. The apartment is well located and close to the sea, a 15 minute walk to beautiful beaches or a short bus ride away to everywhere else

I need an outgoing person to take care of one or more of our homes that are a short let accommodation for tourists.
Taking care of communications is needed too.
The houses need to be kept clean and whenever guests change over the sheets need to be changed and the room cleaned, including bathrooms.
Someone who loves meeting people and enjoys keeping a space clean would be ideal :)

Volunteers can enjoy getting to know the island, go to Malta for the day by ferry, swim 10 mins walk from home(i swim all year round especially when the sun is out) The Nature and culture in Gozo is beautiful. People are very helpful and friendly. And transport is easy!
