  We believe in the power of bicycles to create positive change. Through our non-profit association, we have harnessed the potential of cycling to not only provide job opportunities but also to make a meaningful impact on the environment.
  However, our dedication to this mission extends beyond the pedals. Our café is an extension to mission to create a place professional environment for youth to gain professional experience and to promote a healthy and urban lifestyle.
  
  The reason why we want to work with 'work away' is that we would love the cafe to become a melting pot for youth to learn and to exchange. The people from work away will help us to establish a platform of workshops and activities related to health, well-being, lifestyle and personal/ professional development.
  
  Our mission is to be an authentic place where there is good food, where the atmosphere is bright, creative and that actively involves and provides opportunities for the youth of the community.

  We are looking for someone who can work individiually, set up their own social project/workshop and will motivate and inspire the Team.
  some examples of what we would like to organise together with work away
  - Organising workshops / trainings / talks in line with the team mindset
  - Organising Cooking workshops ( healthy nutritious meals )
  - Prepare the staff lunch for the bicycle shop and Cafe
  - Create Fun video content for social media about healthy lifestyle
  - Design a campaign/ challenge about our CO2 footprint
  - Support our English / French classes

  Acomodação

  A room in a beautiful traditional riad, with rooftop, well equipped kitchen, modern and clean bathrooms. The Riad is located in the heart of the old medina , only 10 mins walk from all the main touristic attractions in the city and 10 minutes by bike to the Cafe.

  For our volunteers , we offer bicycle guided tours in the (non) touristic areas of Marrakech. There will be cultural exchange between you and the members of our staff.
