We (2adults and 2 little children) live in a small village near Tübingen, that is half an hour away from Stuttgart in the south of Germany). We have a house with a garden and there is always something to do in the garden or the house and in a household with 2 small children it doesn't get boring during the day.
Wir (2Erwachsene und 2Kinder) wohnen in einem kleinen Dorf bei Tübingen im Süden Deutschlands. Wir haben ein Haus mit Garten und dort gibt es immer etwas zu tun und im Haushalt mit 2 Kleinkindern wird es tagsüber auch nicht langweilig.

We live, eat and do tasks together and would like to give you the opportunity to get to know our family and our area. We eat ecologically and otherwise pay attention to sustainability in our live. Tübingen has a great old town with a lot of culture and at the same time we are surrounded by a lot of nature (Swabian Alb, Neckar). Stuttgart, Black Forest and Lake Constance are also in the larger area.
Wir Leben, Essen und Arbeiten gemeinsam und möchten dir/euch die Gelegenheit geben unsere Familie und unsere Gegend kennen zu lernen. Wir ernähren uns ökologisch und achten auch sonst in unserem Leben auf Nachhaltigkeit. Tübingen hat eine tolle Altstadt mit viel Kultur und gleichzeitig sind wir umgeben von viel Natur (Schwäbische Alb, Neckar). Stuttgart, Schwarzwald und Bodensee ist auch in der größeren Umgebung.

Acomodação
There is an extra room separated from the living room by sliding doors. There is a guest sofa for 1-2 people. Normaly the kids uses it for their toys and in winter we heat the oven inside that room and heat the whole flate with open doors. The bathroom is shared. There is also the possibility of camping in the garden. You are welcome to attend all family meals (most of the time there is one warm meal a day).
Es gibt ein Gästezimmer, welches mit Schiebetüren vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt ist, dort steht ein Gästesofa für 1-2 Personen. Außerdem haben die Kinder ihre Spielsachen in diesem Zimmer und wenn es kalt wird, nutzen wir den Ofen in diesem Zimmer, um das ganze Wohnzimmer zu heizen.
Das Bad wird gemeinsam benutzt. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit im Garten zu Campen.
Du kannst gerne bei allen Familienmahlzeiten dabei sein (meistens gibt es 1mal am Tag ein warmes Essen).

Please be aware, that we don't have internet access at home.
We live without a car, but have at least 1 other bike to use.
There is a good bus connection to Tübingen and from there the train can be used.
Tübingen has a lively student life and, in addition to the beautiful old town, offers a lot of culture.
The nature begins right behind the house. Stream, forest, rivers, quarry ponds, ... are easily accessible.
Wir leben ohne Auto, haben aber mindestens 1 weiteres Fahrrad zum Benutzen.
Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung nach Tübingen und von dort kann der Zug genutzt werden.
Tübingen hat ein reges Studentenleben und bietet zusätzlich zur wunderschönen Altstadt viel Kultur.
Die Natur fängt bei uns direkt hinterm Haus an. Bach, Wald, Flüsse, Baggerseen,... sind gut erreichbar.

During the days he stayed at our home he helped to get done quite some different projects like preparing a small strawberryfield, new paint at some wooden things outside and cleaning around the house.
