Thanks again to Kate and Terry for being so nice and warm with us. They host us in their lovely, and artsy house and get us to discover Waihi and especially the beach and the secret garden. We loved talking with them about so much different subjects and Kate's cooking is so good! Terry even dressed as a french to make us feel like home.

Dorine and Quentin were very pleasant to have around and excellent workers. We enjoyed hearing about their life in France. I enjoyed Dorine's sweet smile and quiet ways and Quentin made us fabulous crepes on the last morning. We wish them happy travels and journey home.

We had a wonderful time at Kate and Terry’s, we were welcomed with open arms and immediately felt at home. They are such interesting and beautiful people who are a pleasure to be around, we shared many great chats over a lovely cooked meal by Kate and found we all had a lot in common. Our tasks included sanding/painting window frames, weeding,
… read more chainsawing trees, cleaning and some electrical works.

Shannon and George were a delight. Not only was their work of a high standard, their presence in our home was a real blessing. They were sensitive, friendly and considerate to our home environment. We had lots to mutually share.
We would welcome them back for sure.

I had a wonderful few days staying with Kate and Terry in Waihi. They made me feel very welcome in their home and made sure I had everything I needed. Kate cooks lovely food and gave me a tour of the local town, and Terry has lots of good stories to tell. I mostly helped out in the beautiful garden; there is lots of weeding and painting to do. At

Time and Ellen painted our house. They were lots of fun and hard working. They were charaming, interesting and considerate. We loved our time with them and wish them well.

as first workawayers for Terry and Kate, we had a wonderfull time in there old mining cottage. lovely people with really cool life experiences. we where glad to help them with the painting of th house and they gave us lovely food and took us on trips to vege festivals etc. Thank you for being our friends!
