  Lodge situated in the pristine Japanese Alps in the Hakuba valley that can host up to 20 guests.
  Owned by two Swiss backcountry riders in Hakuba-Norikura, situated 20min drive from the main resort of Hakuba-Happo.
  Guests are mainly snowboarding, ski enthusiasts, backcountry riders and Nature lovers from overseas.

  We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, smiling,
  fast learners, mature, open minded that can take direction from others and understanding working with a team and dealing with different situations.
  
  Positions
  _CHEF (food shopping, breakfasts, dinners)
  _All rounders ( bar tending, service,kitchen hand, dishwashing, housekeeping, driving)
  _Snow removal ( dishwashing, service, driving)
  
  We ask for,
  ° Previous seasons work experiences.
  ° Can adapt to a sudden need of working position change, dealing with stress management.
  ° Details oriented
  ° Great working etiquette
  ° People that love taking care of others and tolerant to guests, team...
  ° Being able to live and share community staff areas together and maintain in order.
  ° Love being surrounded by snow and cold climates.
  ° Snowboarding, skiing, enthusiasts.
  ° Able to live in a remote area.
  
  These positions ARE NOT SUITING PEOPLE THAT WANT TO PARTY, RIDE AND JUST WORK A LITTLE.
  
  Please, Before APPLYING you need to have
  
  _ 1 _Valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa.

  (Need to apply from your country of origin) !!!!
  
  _2 _International driving licence/ able to drive in snow conditions.
  _ 3_ Previous EXPERIENCES in seasonal work is a must, hospitality, housekeeping, kitchen, service, bar or snow removal.
  _ 4_ Reference contact will be asked.
  
  Accommodation and an hourly wage will be provided for any position at the lodge. Average working time will be 40h per week and pay 1'000 JPY an hour depending on position and experience.
  The working hours per week will be adjusted and scheduled depending on what needs to be done and number of guests.

  You will be working closely with a great team in a beautiful environment, away from the crowd. Providing the best experience and quality service to our guests, mainly for overseas.

  Cooking 4 times a week (3 course dinner menu) up to 25 people. Fusion Asian Cuisine.

  We are a bit remote from the main town of Hakuba. 25 min drive.
  
  A car will be available depending on our schedule and guest services to drive around the valley.
  Mountain bike, available depending on our schedule and guest services.
  
  Hiking, biking, snowboarding, skiing are the most activities in the valley during your time off.
  
  2 Onsen near walking distance.
  
  We will be also happy to give you information about sightseeing and other travel tips depending on your needs and interests.
