Hi,
We're a household of three, two adults and an immunocompromised senior. We live in a house in Vancouver, close to transit. I can provide advice on what to see and do. I stay at home supporting my parent. We welcome workawayers who are able to help with cooking, cleaning, decluttering, organizing, sorting and posting things online. We welcome workawayers who are mature, responsible, respectful non-smokers. Please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne due to health issues. -

We're Asian Canadian so happy to share about Canadian and Asian culture. I'm well travelled and have hiked all over British Columbia and have travelled across Canada. So, I can provide advice on your travels. Hope to learn about your culture and places you've travelled to.

The workaway would help with:
- cooking,
- cleaning,
- decluttering,
- organizing,
- sorting, coordinating things to donate and posting things online to sell,
- running errands,
- other related tasks.
For some things I will help along side you, for other tasks you may be given instruction and doing it on your own. Instruction will be given on cleaning and decluttering and posting things online.
If you're handy, you can help with some DIY fix-it projects around the house.
Most of the help will probably be needed late afternoons and/or evenings but we can discuss a schedule that works for both of us. As long as the work is completed, you will have free time to explore Metro Vancouver and surroundings. I can provide advice on what to see and do.
Hope to share Asian and Canadian cuisine and hope to learn some of your country's cuisine. -

I used to be an ESL teacher and can help practice English with you. We are especially interested in hosting someone who speaks Cantonese. -
Acomodação
You will have your own private room with a queen size bed, pillow, blanket, drawer and small desk. It can accommodate a couple.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living spaces.
There's street parking available.
We eat meat and can provide some food but may not be able to accommodate all dietary requirements. You can grab what you'd like within reason for breakfast and lunch. For dinner, you'll cook some of the meals and help with cooking at other times. -

We're in a centrally located area, close to skytrain and buses. There's lots to do and see in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Due to health issues, we can only have non-smokers in the house. As well, no drugs, no alcohol and no guests. Keep in mind that there is an immunocompromised senior so if you are feeling sick or have been around someone with an infectious disease, please do not visit us. Our life revolves around the senior and keeping the senior happy.
