  UPDATE AUTUMN 2025:
  
  Hi! We're looking for a couple or an individual to help us out from mid DECEMBER 2025 to end of JANUARY 2026. It would be preferable if you could stay for the 7 weeks that we have space, but we'll also consider other proposals. 😁
  
  We always speak to people first by WhatsApp or Zoom to see if we're compatible.
  
  We prefer to share with CONSCIOUS PEOPLE who are on a journey of self discovery and personal development.
  
  My name is Andi (female) and I have been living in this area for 20 years.
  I have been a yoga teacher since 2005 and a holistic body worker since 1995. I also cook vegetarian food for retreats and have been doing that since 2009.
  
  I live in the main house - EL CORAZÓN - with my husband, Carlos who is an engineer and works locally from Monday to Friday.
  
  Vanja is an artist, artisan and works with the tarot and other energy tools. She lives in a large wooden cabin - LA CABAÑA - in the finca.
  
  Pili is a musician who shares sacred singing circles, she is also a facilitator for the Río Abierto method of self-healing and personal growth. Instead of paying rent, she works in the finca, in the garden, cleaning, doing painting projects, helping keep the garage/storage area organized.
  She is traveling to Argentina in mid December 2025 till the end of January 2026 and we are looking for one person or a couple to help us out in that time.
  She lives in - LA CHOZA - which is a small round house. It is all one room like a studio, with an en suite new shower room with toilet and sink. It has a kitchen area with a small table and 2 chairs as well as a double bed. This is where you will stay.
  
  This project started at the end of 2017 and is a vision of living in a small community, closer to nature in a more sustainable way.
  
  We share space with five much loved chickens and a friendly, loving garden cat, Chandra. Vanja also has a more timid, older house cat called Rati.
  
  There are various fruit trees and at the moment we're restoring a small/ medium sized vegetable plot which is totally ecological and has been left fallow for a year.
  
  I consider myself to be a flexible, open minded person, dedicated to my own personal growth and to living in a more natural, organic and authentic way.
  
  Please check the calendar before writing as we generally update it when there are changes.
  
  IMPORTANT: We use organic and biodegradable soaps and shampoos. All the cleaning, household and personal hygiene products here are ecological.
  
  I speak fluent Spanish and my life is very integrated in the local community.

  We are immersed in life here, especially alternative living and spiritual development and have many connections in the local community.
  
  Vanja is part of a new cultural project close by which has a social center as well as small workshops for 11 artisans and creatives.

  Ajuda

  I need help with the all round upkeep of the property and support to do jobs I haven't got time to do in the hours when I am working.
  This includes: animal care, chicken care and occasional cat sitting.
  You need to be prepared to do cleaning, painting, gardening, helping in the kitchen, laundry etc... whatever is needed at the time.
  
  There is a lot of general maintenance to do, i.e: painting, cleaning, keeping the garage and tools clean and organized etc.
  I am especially happy to receive volunteers who have experience of organic gardening and permaculture, but a genuine interest in learning and investigating nature friendly gardening methods is attractive to me in a helper.
  
  Depending on the time of year: pruning trees and bushes... maintaining the veggie garden, watering, cutting the grass and caring for new seedlings... willingness is more important than experience...
  
  We are constantly working on our organic vegetable garden and have used some principles of permaculture in it's design.
  
  Anyone with manual skills would be especially welcomed...eg. carpentry, plumbing, electricity, building work...
  
  I am looking for INDEPENDENT and SELF MOTIVATED people with the ability to collaborate, to seek clarification when necessary and to pay attention to details. People who are responsible and will take care of any tools, machines and equipment used, as well as the cottage you will live in, the finca in general and the environment.
  
  You need to be comfortable working alone, as well as in a team. You need to be flexible with your timetable, as some work needs to be done in the morning and some in the afternoon. I am a very fair and trusting host and have had fantastic helpers, who I value and appreciate.
  
  The work is varied, but generally manual labour, so you need to be reasonably fit and also willing to work outdoors on colder damp days in the winter months.
  
  I'm also very interested in photographers, video makers and creatives who have knowledge of social media and websites.... Or people who know about online marketing to teach me some basic skills... this would form a part of the work.
  
  During the lockdown I (Andi) gave free online yoga classes on my Facebook page Andi Lunamor and my super volunteer, Diana helped set up the studio and participated in the class from behind the camera.

  Acomodação

  You will have an independent roundhouse cottage with your own bathroom and kitchen.
  
  We generally ask for 15 hours per week, or 10 hours each if you are a couple... this means you will be responsible for providing for and preparing your own food.
  
  If you are traveling alone and prefer a full workaway package, this would imply 25 hours a week and we'll provide you with a budget for food and take you shopping so you can choose what you want to buy.

  We are based in a rural area but you can walk in 5 minutes to a nearby village with all modern conveniences. We are next to a pine forest. We are 5k from the beach and 6k from Conil town. You may have use of a bicycle while you are here. It's a 25 minute bike ride to the beach. There are 2 bikes here.
