  We have been blessed with a variety of workaway people who have been very helpful during the past year. In the upcoming months we will be looking for someone that is interested in continuing with beach and plant/yard cleanup, cutting grass, watering plants and maintaining the house. If If anyone has some art skills and wants to be creative that's a bonus. Some carpentry skills would be helpful too for some smaller sanding/staining projects. The property is a beautiful vacation rental property lakeside on a volcanic crater lake which is just 20 minutes from Granada, a beautiful colonial city in Nicaragua,. We are a Canadian/Nicaraguan couple that have owned this property for several years and are trying to make small changes/improvements to the property. There is also a caretaker family that reside on the property and work with you. At this time we are seeking an independent responsible couple who can work on their own . You will be responsible for your own food purchase/preparation but in exchange for a few house of work you get to live in a tropical paradise with swimming and hiking right out your door. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your use and you will have your own bedroom, bathroom and living space. Granada is just 20 minutes away and there is a daily bus (or 2) that goes to Masaya and as well a daily shuttle to Granada. We can normally meet you in Granada where you can buy your supplies and take you to the property to get you oriented. Expectations are to work approximately 4 hours per day with 2 full days free per week. Minimum one week committment .. because of the nature/location of this project preference will be given to a couple. Let us know if this sounds like a fit for you!!!

  There are various hikes nearby that you can access from the property. Of course you have a beautiful warm clean clear lake for your swimming pleasure. There are various restaurants within walking distance and a few smaller stores for minor purchases. There is a daily shuttle to Granada as well as a local bus that you can take to Masaya.
