  I am single 67 years old and am looking for a mature and responsable person. the villa is very beautiful and functional. I like people to be indipendant but loyal. I tend to stay home a lot . I have 3 small dogs, one with 3 legs I hav,e 12 cats who live in the house and garden , 2 of which have 3 legs.
  If I dont have a dinner party I go to bed very early and get up very early. A very relaxed enviroment. I need help keeping the garden clean and tidy., which includes cutting hedges and upkeep of the pool and any small repairs needed.

  I have a villa with a pool, which will be closed during winter months. The villa is only 800 mt from the sea so possibility of going to the sea and meeting others.
  Train station about 5 km but bicycle available. Train journey to most cultural towns of puglia, Lecce the florence of the south a baroccian city. If I am free willing to accompany you to train station.
  I am a very good cook and have a small participation with a co-operative farm and although we are not yet certified, we are bio, so lots of fresh fruit and veg. with possibility of learning about the mediteranean recipes.
  Please note that although the villa is only 800 mt from the sea, it is on a hill downwards.
  There is no public transport from the villa, which is roughly 2 km from the village.
  There are no taxis down here but there are many bus services during the summer.
  I am also willing to lend the car when not using it, if you have an international licence.

  I need the garden to be swept every day because of flowers falling and the pine tree at the end of the garden losing its pine needles and the grass needs racking of the pine needles every day in front of the gazebo. The flowers need watering every 2 evenings and deheading of the geraniums. The grass needs cut once a week, either friday or saturdays. The columns in the garden need cut once per month and the hedge that surrounds the garden once per month. There may be odd jobs if one is capable, maybe paint some chairs, or adjust something that is broken.
  I teach small kids monday to friday in the area just outside of the bedroom destined to the workawayer, where there is an open air kitchen, which means the kids may have to use that bathroom destined to the workawayer, it is for 2 hours per day, monday till thursday from 17h00 till 18h00 the lesson and from 18h00 till 19h00 use of the poll.
  The pool needs the robot putting in and taking out after 2 hours and often needs filling up with the garden hose to the level required.
  I also need to fill the cats dish at the end of the garden 2 times per day.
  If the workawayer wishes to eat together with me or a guest I may have, and participate in my dinner parties they are very welcome, but if they prefer to organise themselves, there is an outdoor kitchen after the pool just outside their bedroom and can help themselves to food .
  If the workawayer has a euopean driving liscence, I am more than willing to lend them my car when I am not using it, normally every afternoon from monday till thursday.

  Somebody that likes hiking or bicycle routes would be perfect.
  My situation would be better for someone looking for a quiet retreat.

  Apparently I have a really good internet connection because I used to rent the villa and one time had a CFO of an important pharmaceutical company who needed a good connection so I upgraded. But if you let me know what is required I would be willingly to meet your requirements relative to internet.
