Descrição
We are Giulia, Alan and Stella. We are country folks in the heart, have a small house and a lot of land with olive trees. In October/November we welcome people to harvest olives to produce the best Olive Oil! :)
In Spring we seek help to improve/implement our land and the woodden barn that needs some finishing work, create some woodden structures etc. in order to bring life to our little paradise called Tassinaia....
Therefore we need the cooperation of good willing people who can bring enthusiasm, vision and mainly some actual skills and experience. We would like people who know how to work with their hands, use electric tools ( and chainsaw) and have DIY capabilities.Tipos de ajuda e oportunidades de aprendizado

We live in a beautiful place on the Chianti hills 20km from Florence, you can spend time visiting our fascinating city and learning about Renaissance art and Tuscan culture. We produce organic olive oil and are happy to share our experience. We are an open minded family, welcoming, well travelled, and proud of 'the Tuscan way of Life'.

Before I went there I didn't know what to expect as it was my first workaway experience, but it surely overcame everything I could imagine.
For me it was like putting down a heavy backpack.
The place, the hills, the landscapes, the food and all those good people and… read more
I loved to stay with them for 3 weeks, harvesting olives and havin such a great time with other workawayers from different cultures. That was my fifth experience as a workawayer and for sure was the one where I most exchanged with the hosts and the other volunteers. We made… read more
