My girlfriend and I had a great time with Indrani and Richard.
They have a beautiful home on the top of a hill overlooking beautiful valleys and olive groves. They always had our meals prepared and ready for us and always delicious. We went there in the middle of summer so it was very hot but we worked early in the mornings and finished by
… read more midday and had free time from that point onwards. We had an amazing room/small apartment type thing to ourselves and made our way to the public pool in town in the afternoons which was a 20 minute walk from the house (They do have a pool, it just wasn't ready at the time)
Thank you again to the both of you for having us, it was great and Niloo really enjoyed her first workaway!

Our stay at Richard and Indrani's was very short, but we really enjoyed our time at their beautiful home! We spent our time gardening, weeding and in the house packing things up. … read more taught me how to cook some indian and thai dishes, and I also had the amazing chance to participate in her second collective cooking lesson ! Indrani and Richard have a lot of hobbies, so it's very interesting to talk with them.
> I was working in their beautiful flowery garden 5 hours a day in the morning, mostly weeding and cutting dried flowers, but also planting few vegetables. I was free to choose when I wanted to work, and could work independently on my own (what is a very good thing for me). The work wasn't physical, and Indrani explained me every day what I had to do the day after.
> They live in a beautiful house, with an amazing view from the terrasse, in a quiet place, around thirty minutes away from Algodonales center by walk.
> Indrani and Richard were very nice with me : they took me everytime with them when they were hanging out for a coffee, when they walked the dogs or to go to a restaurant in the village, I had the opportunity to meet a lot of their english friends in the village, and to talk with them.
> In my free time I could go for walks almost every day, go for a coffee in the village, go to the beautiful village of Zahara in the week-end, participate to the cooking lesson and help Indrani to create her Instagram and Facebook cooking page.

Annika was lovely to host. She is gentle, kind, friendly and very helpful. She helped us weed, cut and plant flowers and vegetables in our top and bottom garden.She played with our dogs, and made a special friend in our nine month old puppy Ziggy, who literally followed her everywhere.

I spent a wonderful week with Indrani, Richard and their two adorable dogs Ziggy and Scruffy. They made me feel very welcome right from the start.

As a couple, they are extremely easy going, polite , friendly and appreciative and we thoroughly enjoyed their company and our long chats. Brendan also cooked the most amazing Paella for us, the best we have ever had. Thank you too for all the help in the kitchen with cooking and for spoiling our dog scruffy with lots of love.
