  I live in Klepp near Stavanger, with a family cottage a good hour away up in the mountains that I will try to improve this summer and autumn, before winter sets in.

  I have extensive experience in hosting people.
  I know the area in south west Norway very well, both nature, cultural activities and others things.

  The cottage is built in 1965 by my late father. It is now taken over by me and since 2014 I have done some "freshen up" and light maintenance work this summer.
  I have had some professionals install new doors, and move some walls slightly between bedrooms.
  Then I have painted the inside of tha cabin. Now I need help to paint the outside and some light maintenance.
  Work schedule is flexible or within a fixed schedule. We'll sort this out together.
  You do not need a driver's license.
  The painting job requires not heavy physical strength, and no previous experience needed.

  THE COTTAGE:
  The cottage will be our home for the main part of your stay. It's sun solar powered. Gas oven in the kitchen, and very cozy over all.
  I have 3 bedrooms in the cottage where you can stay. I can accept up to 2 people but the work load is really only for one person.
  
  MY HOME:
  Depending on how long you stay, we may also live in between in my home 2 story appartment home.
  Guest room for you. All usual modern fasilities.
  
  FOOD:
  I will provide foods of course. I am a decent chef. I also hope you may contribute to food making, either on your own or together with me. :)
  I keep a normal, healthy diet.
  If you have special diet I am flexible for this.
  
  ALLERGIES / PETS:
  I have no allergies. I have a cat at home, but it will not be at the cottage.

  TRANSPORT:
  I have my own car and I can pick you up anywhere in the area. Stavanger airport Sola (SVG), the railway stations or elsewhere in the area.
  
  LANGUAGE:
  I speak Norwegian and English fluently, and I will be happy to teach you in both languages as part of your stay.
  
  SIGHTSEEING:
  To make your stay as positive and meaningful as possible I take great pride in fasilitating both your work time and free time as best as possible.
  Your stay may be combined with some sightseeing as this is a very nice area for this, and I know the area well. (Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Månafossen (water fall), Stavanger, The beaches of Jæren.)
  I am used to hosting people as I am also a member of Couchsurfing.com.
  
  MY DAY TIME JOB:
  I work in the city council with arts and culture. I also do some graphic design and photography. So I like creative things, and can also show you things in the area in regards to this.
  
  SOCIAL LIFE:
  I live alone, and at the cottage we'll mainly be alone.
  My mother and sister (and family) lives close to me, and I have also many friends as part of my social network.
  
  MEANINGFUL COMMUNICATION:
  I am a person who can be very social, but also understand when people need some private time.
  If you want to get in touch with certain networks or people while in Norway I am able to help with this too.
  
  MY INTERESTS:
  I love to travel and traveled to over 20 countries. Still want to travel more! :)
  I love films. Anything from independent avant garde film to silly comedies.
  Food making. And also to learn about you and what your interests are.
