 - Descrição- I am a boatbuilder, housebuilder, and sailboat delivery captain. I need help with building a house, maintaining several boats, and crew for deliveries. I am also building a wooden seaplane called a Volmer VJ 22. Anyone have pilot or airframe or engine experience?

 - Oportunidades de intercâmbio cultural e aprendizado- Learn how to sail on my two 40 foot sailboats. I have 3 kayaks, one is a double, two rowboats. There are no roads here, everything is done in boats . There are opportunities to interact with my Guatemalan and expatriate neighbors and workers. 
 - Ajuda- I need help with cleaning, painting, varnishing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical (especially 12 volt boat electrical. canvas work; boat and house maintenance ,working on my wooden seaplane.. We work pretty hard, and it is often hot here - 30* plus. You should have experience with this kind of work. It rains a lot here . Usually it only rains at night and is nice during the day,.

 - Acomodação- I have a house with dock that I rent out . If it is not rented, it is great for a couple. to stay in. Kitchen has a propane stove, a 12 volt refrigerator, (the house is off the grid, electricity is by solar panels and batteries. running water; bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. double bed, insect screens . I pay for basic food . This house is temporarily rented out to a young German couple who are refitting their sailboat. Workawayers stay on my two sailboats. Cooking and eating are in the main house. 
 - Algo mais...- Time off:, explore Cayo Quemado and the Rio Dulce canyon by launch, kayaks, or rowboat. Several local restaurants/ bars, accessible only by boat. There are no roads down here. Resort with ziplines is 20 minutes away by boat. There are small little tiendas with basic food. Larger stores are in Rio Dulce, 12 miles upriver (1 hour) or 7 miles downriver in the very interesting Caribbean type town of Livingston.
