Help me with outdoor projects on my land in Valles Pasiegos, Spain

  I live in an isolated land between mountains and forest. The cottage was a cow stable in the floor level and a haystack on the first floor, but was fully reformed in 2015 by my father.
  
  Outside I have some livestock as goat, sheep, chickens, bees and dogs. There is also a pond with fishes, frogs, salamander, and so much wildlife.
  I also have a greenhouse, a garden/orchard, I grow mushrooms and soooo much work to do everyday inside and outside the house.
  I have some projects in mind, but no time to execute.
  
  I speak native spanish and medium english.
  I don't like smoking and I don't let it inside the house.
  
  My hobbies: hiking, photography, mushroom, cooking, kayaking...

  We can practice spanish/english. I also can share my skills in growing vegetables, mushrooms, beekeeping or rotational grazing. I'm introducing in permaculture and also have some knowledges about it.
  I love to taste international gastronomy, so shared cooking will be great.

  What do I need and what you can learn about:
  
  Help in daily tasks that can be:
  -Managing and cleaning animals
  -Goat
  -Sheep
  -Chiken
  -Bees
  -Help with small DIY projects
  -Seeding, unweeding, planting vegetables and related tasks
  -Cutting logs and inoculate mushrooms
  -Cutting and spliting firewood
  -Home maintenance
  
  What do I provide:
  
  -Bedroom in my home.
  -3 meals. You can cook as working time if you feel comfortable.
  -Flexible schedule: I could need help with my own tasks in the afternoon, but usually you can choose when to work.
  
  Notes (based on previous experiences):
  -We won't accept any kind of violence or intolerance related to genre, sex orientation, ethnia, religion, etc.
  -If you have a special diet with ingredients not included in whole diet or gourmet meals, you'll provide or pay this meals. Any diet with usual ingredients will be accepted if available in the supermarket.
  -At some seasons, the weather is too rainy and there are no other tasks to do than household chores. If you are not comfortable with this, take it in care. We also do not accept sexist behaviours.
  -Heating: The house heating is by firewood. It's a high roof and big house, so it's not easy to get a comfortable temperature. It's not always a comfortable temperature (from 16 to 18º C).
  -Stay: We'll accord a minimum stay. If you plan a long stay, we'll schedule milestones when we (both) will decide if continue or to finish.

  There is no easy public transport. There is a bus stop 1 Km away with 2 times/day frequency.
  This place is perfect for a nature lover who likes hiking or the enviroment.

  Fiberhood available. I work online in the morning.

  There is enough land to park a van, but it's no easy to drive along a steep slope to access to the house, if it's a big van.

  I can accept pets if they don't get inside the house and are not violent with any animal in this place. They can sleep in a cabin with my dogs in winter.
