  Ciao, my name is Nirvana and for part of the year I live in the beautiful Cilento National Park a beautiful part of Italy that you should experience in your travels. A few years ago I embarked on a project close to my heart , I came to Italy to finish work on a property left to me by my father. I also have some land which was abandoned for over 20 years but with the wonderful help from Workaways and my boys it has been transformed into a beautiful tranquil setting. I live her with my son Fabiano and my son in law Gianluca. We enjoy meeting new people so get in touch if you're thinking if travelling this way and are interested in our work.

  This is a beautiful, unspoilt area of Italy offering wonderful beaches, a national park and an abundance of culture and history all located in small quaint villages and of course the best food in the world!!
  We speak both English and Italian so to great languages to learn and practice should you want to.
  We have space to practice yoga, Fabiano is a movement therapist and sacral cranial practitioner. Gianluca is a life coach and works in the arts. And I'm a lively pensioner.

  Ajuda

  I'm looking for someone to help me with the garden, animals and fruit trees, so lots of outdoor work. The tasks have become too much for me to manage on my own and at times it needs more muscle power than I have.
  
  Ideally our workaway will have knowledge and/or interest in gardening. The tasks I need help with include mowing the grass, general weeding, preparing the veg patch, digging and planting. Also general maintenance of the courtyard. In October I need help with harvesting the olives, we have 40 trees in all.
  We have cats that love cuddles and chickens, who also love cuddles but need more looking after, so you need to be OK about looking after them, which means getting up at dawn to let them out and shutting them in at dusk and helping me to keep them clean and healthy. In return they give us fresh eggs.

  Acomodação

  I can offer a private room in the main home with shared bathroom at some points in the year I can offer self catering accommodation. Im afraid i can't offer to cook meals for you as i will be working too, however some basic ingredients will be made available to you.

  THe accommodation is just outside the beautiful village of Castellabate. The property is 800m from the sea so well within walking distance. The village centre is 1km away. Public transport to the main town, where there is a train station, is within easy reach. From there Salerno, Paestum, Napoli are all accessible. The area with its good weather offers many outdoor activities including trekking, swimming, cycling, boat and fishing trips. The air is fresh, the scenery beautiful, the food delicious and healthy and the sunsets, well, just spectacular!!!

  We can accommodate a small van. We have an outdoor fully equipped kitchen and outdoor fully equipped enclosed showers.
