  1 month minimum stay applications only please don’t apply for less.
  We live on a Quinta in the central Algarve, Portugal. We have some land that came with our property and have some rescue animals - donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs. We have lots of farm tasks to do everyday and animals duties .
  We have a caravan available with water, electricity, outdoor space. Seperate bathroom and mini kitchen. This is based on the farm with the animals.

  We live 5 - 10 minutes from the beaches and caves of Benagil.
  Beautiful walks nearby, plus option of paddle boarding, etc.
  Lots of dogs available for walking, although not included in daily jobs.
  Occasional use of our moped with a valid full license and over 21.

  Ajuda

  Daily tasks in return for accommodation and electricity, water will be :
  Animal feeding - morning and evening
  Daily cleaning up of farm and mucking out stables and chicken coops.
  Maintenance of vegetable gardens daily (permaculture garden)
  General maintenance and cleaning
  An hour in the morning, and an hour in the evening. Can be more/less depending on commitments.We are flexible!

  Acomodação

  We have a 2 berth caravan available for sole occupancy.
  It has electricity and water hooked up, plus a bbq outside.
  Microwave, mini oven/grill. Kettle, toaster.
  It is on the farm next to the farm animals
  We have separate shower block, toilet and mini kitchen available in stables (right near caravan so you don’t need to use toilet in caravan)

  Animals take time to get to know people, and you understanding their routine, short stays make this difficult.
  I can’t reply to every single application and any for less than one month will not be considered. The animals take time to get to know people and for you to learn their routine.
  
  We do live in a semi rural area, so only 5 minutes from a busy town by car, please note it is not walking distance!
  
  40 minutes from Faro airport
  Trains available from Faro to Estombar or Tunes

  The work includes animal feeding, morning and evening. Mucking out stables, outside areas, cleaning farm, chicken area. Tending to vegetable patch

  We have a plot that can be used for a caravan/camper. There is also a small kitchen and showers room with water all available to connect to, plus electricity. Also a caravan available for workaway stays.
