  I live in an apartment in an old warehouse in central Wellington, within walking distance of the waterfront and the city's green belt. I'm looking for help to sort and organise papers, photos & things. Other projects possible depending on your skills and interests. I'm happy to negotiate hours/tasks. Also happy to negotiate food arrangements and length of commitment. I'm a part-time English tutor and mostly work from home. I enjoy meeting people, blues, folk & jazz music, international travel & food, coffee & conversation.

  I live in the social & cultural heart of Wellington . Guests are welcome to join me when I go out to listen to blues/jazz /afrobeat music. If you like wild swimming I try to swim in the sea once a week.
  I can offer English language coaching; exchange cooking styles or help you make a radio show. If you like a good conversation I'm in but just as happy to share companionable quiet.

  A large room in a studio style apartment . The room has a double bed and desk. There's also a pullout single bed. Shared bathroom with a shower. Washing machine available.
  I expect ordinary politeness and guests/stays to tidy up after themselves. I enjoy cooking and prefer to share meals. I eat meat and dairy but can accommodate vegetarians & vegans.

  The available room has a good sized desk, there are also lots of cafés & co-working spaces around if you prefer to work out.
