I am a busy single woman in my early 30s who loves meeting travellers from all over the world. I am excited to host single female travellers and share my beautiful home and country with you. I prefer to host travellers for short stays (1 week or less).
I live in a suburb near many beautiful bush walks. My home is conveniently located near public transport so it is easy to access Wellington's central area. If you are staying with me over a weekend, I would be happy to show you some of my favourite places near by.
We can cook and eat meals together if you would like. I am a meat-eater, but am happy to accommodate vegetarians. I do ask that you buy your own food.
I have two very friendly cats. It is important that you like cats and are ok with them coming into your space. Please don't apply if you are not a cat lover or not a solo female traveller.

I stayed with Tessa for a week in January and I had a great time. She instantly made me feel welcomed in her home and treated me like a friend. She took me out with her whenever she could, making me discover places and events I would have probably missed out on otherwise. I loved our conversations, watching Love Island, and I really felt like… read more everything flowed easily between us. On top of it all, she has the loveliest "roommates", Gracie and Handsum, two cats that are super cuddly and friendly. Trust me, you'll miss waking up in the middle of the night with a furball snuggled up against you.
As for the work, it is more than a fair bargain with light gardening, cleaning and cooking. I absolutely do recommand her to anyone travelling to Wellington. She lives close to the CBD (a short bus ride and an even shorter car ride), which makes it the perfect place to visit the city and its surroundings.
Madeline and Elisa were my first workaways, and they were amazing! They are proactive and thorough workers, and generally very helpful. They are also very polite and fun to be around. They stayed a few days with my Uncle and his partner as well, and they also enjoyed hosting them.
