  Thanks for your interest! We are beginning our search for our 2024 season Team Members!
  
  We are a summer Tourism business in the beautiful Southern Lakes area of the Yukon. We offer our guests dining, 2 museums, a giftshop, coffee shop, gold panning and a petting farm. We also operate kennels from which we offer dog cart rides, and an opportunity to get up close with our teams of husky dogs and of course our pups!
  
  We are seeking lively, friendly and outgoing people to help us provide our guests exceptional experiences!

  You will learn a great deal about Canada and the north in particular. You also have the opportunity to learn about dog mushing, and animal care with our ponies, donkey, alpacas and goat family. If English is not your first language, no worries - we have an international staff that will help you out! You will have the opportunity to work with people from all over the world - both as teammates and our guests!
  
  We are in need of people who will stay the duration of the summer, early/mid April until mid September or October minimum. We do have some room for those who may need to return to school or other commitments late August and early September, as our guest numbers do start to ease off by then. We are happy to discuss accommodation if that is a need!

  We are looking for staff to work in many of our job areas:
  Food Service: Manager (2 positions), Guest Host/Hostess Team Members - working in our dining room or Cafe/Ice Cream Shop;
  Gift Shop: Manager and Assistant Manager, Retail Team Members - greeting guests, providing way finding, and working in our fast paced Gift Shop!
  We are also hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Manager and Assistant Yard Supervisor!
  Key to all of our operations is our Office Manager position - ensuring our phones are answered, bookings confirmed, guest numbers confirmed and relayed to the Kitchen Team! Also cash reconciliation and invoicing is part of the responsibilities so prior office experience is an asset!
  If you have theatre or public speaking/presentation experience we'd love to chat! Our guests rely on us to provide information in a quick, concise but fun way and not being afraid to speak up is an essential component to our daily operations!
  We all work together to make each guests day something to remember! These are full time paid positions starting at $17.00 per hour. We have staff accommodation available on site and some space for campers or RV's. We do ask that you are committed to work with us for the entire season - beginning to end of April through mid-October! We understand some will have educational schedules to meet in late August and early September and we can certainly discuss how we best manage that! Our staff has been a fantastic mix of nationalities and we celebrate our diverse work force! If that sounds like something you may be interested in, we would love to speak with you!

  Shared accommodation in our staff residence is available. You would share a room, communal kitchen and men’s and women’s bathrooms. On the days that you work, we are happy to feed you a staff meal, and your days off and evenings, you can cook for yourself in the communal kitchen. We do have limited space for RV's or Campers, and also have dry cabins for the very adventurous!

  We are located in Carcross, Yukon. This is a stunning area located 45 minutes from the Yukon's capital city, Whitehorse. We are surrounded by mountains, and lakes and have frequent northern light sightings in the spring and fall. Our staff are always off for adventures after work and days off, hiking, fishing, paddling, biking or just hanging out together having a bonfire etc. This is a unique summer adventure like no other and we would love to hear from you!
  
  If you are not a Canadian Citizen, you are required to obtain your own working Visa, travel documentation, and must be able to meet all Covid-19 entry requirements for Canada.
