  My husband and I set up the homeschool as we could not find an alternative for our two boys which was affordable and was of the quality we wanted. Being from an education background, I have a clear vision of the opportunities I want to provide all children who come to our school.
  
  We are a small homeschool based near Canggu, Bali. We follow the British curriculum, and we are inspired by alternative curriculums and philosophies around the world, including Reggio Emilia, unschooling and worldschooling.
  
  Our space has been designed so we have a large outdoor area for our children to learn, grow and thrive in. Our school is multi-cultural and we provide scholarships for local children and international children whose parents are on low incomes.
  
  We believe in giving all children the opportunity to learn in their own way and to reach their full potential in a caring, positive environment. A big part of our mission is to provide affordable schooling for children on the island of Bali, which is of an International school standard.

  We provide a beautiful organic experience were children with diverse backgrounds learn and grow together, in an outdoor environment. You will learn about Indonesian culture as we're located in a local area and meet parents and children from across the globe. We believe in bridging cultures and different ways of learning, to help bring up globally aware, healthy, compassionate and independent children.
  
  If you choose to assist in our recycling project you will gain experience in tackling Bali’s plastic problem and we would love to collaborate on a bigger project to raise awareness.

  Ajuda

  We are looking for the following:
  Full-time qualified Primary School teachers who would like to spend a year in Bali. It can be a single teacher or a teaching couple. A teaching family is also possible. You will have a class and would be expected to teach all subjects apart from PE and Bahasa Indonesia.
  
  Due to the volume of inquiries we can only reply to those who are qualified teachers at this time.
  
  You must have at least a year at our learning centre. You will receive a small salary, accomodation and relevant visa.
  
  Singles and couples welcome.

  We are close to several of Canggu's famous surf beaches, yoga studios, spas , restaurants and shops. You can take day trips to visit sites nearby, such as temples and historic monuments, go rafting, horse back riding etc. Ubud is 35 minutes away and Seminyak / Kuta about the same. There is something for everyone to enjoy on this beautiful island. Serene rice fields or beach town, your choice. We will help you get set up with your motorbike rental, how to get your local phone number, laundry places and other necessities, to help make your settling in seamless.
