  Over 55 years ago, grandpa and grandma started the first building blocks here. Nowadays a holiday resort where guests from all over the world visit to explore the beautiful surroundings of this western part of The Netherlands. Located near Leiden, Den Haag, Amsterdam and the beach it is a great starting point to discover this country.
  
  About the company:
  Our place resides in the 3rd generation as well. Now, daughter Penny and son Pim wave the sceptre. Both grew up with the business. After completing Penny's studies at the College of Tourism and Pim's studies at the Higher Hotel School, they have enjoyed working at the holiday park for many years. In 2018, we completed a new centre building with the whole family. A nice upgrade and an innovative start to develop this across the entire holiday park. In the winter of 2023 we renewed our indoor pool and animation room. We can proudly say a wonderful family business with which we distinguish ourselves by our personal hospitality and the many facilities the holiday park offers!
  
  Facilities:
  An indoor and outdoor pool, lots of playground equipment, a modern & attractive restaurant, a fun entertainment program and a large park shop. Wow, you'll feast your eyes here!

  Our team mostly consists of Dutch people eager to meet people from other countries. But of course there are also people working here from different countries within Europe.
  Within 15 minutes you are on the beach, cycling through the beautiful bulb-growing region, sitting on a terrace in Leiden or jumping off the slide in Duinrell! There is plenty to see and do in the (immediate) region!

  Ajuda

  Applications for 2025 can start as from January. We are looking for people wanting to stay the entire season from April till October. We are looking ideally for a couple or two friends. We expect that you have experience in the hospitality work field, especially in a restaurant with more than 50 seats. It would be a big plus if you have done a WorkAway/worked in the Netherlands before.
  
  For 2025 we are looking for:
  -Waiting tables in our restaurant/ Making drinks at the bar
  >> serving guests from different nationalities, preparing drinks/coffees, cleaning tables and all other tasks that come to our food&beverage department.
  
  -Cooking meals for both our restaurant and snackcafé
  >> we have a professional kitchen with high quality standards. You need experience in this kind of work field, be a fast learner and can manage busy moments. In our restaurant we look for a head of chef who also is eager to make the starters and desserts. In our snackcafé we look for somebody to make the fries, snacks, homemade pizza's, grilled burgers etc. so experience in a "frying kitchen" is helpful.
  
  -Technical Service, Gardening and Green Maintenance (combined with the above)
  >> solving technical issues, maintaining all greenery onsite, mowing the camping pitches and all sorts of other things to keep the site tidy. This is a combined position where you will work one day outside and the rest of the time in the restaurant or kitchen.
  
  You need a BSN-number (or RNI) and European bank account to get a paid job in the Netherlands. This is something the government requires. There might be a long waiting list to apply for this so make sure you have this appointment before arrival in the Netherlands.

  Acomodação

  No dogs allowed. You stay in a caravan which already stands here on our site. We offer free WiFi. There is a shower in a sanitary building which you can use free of charge. Toilet is inside the caravan. Ask us beforehand for the possibilities for rental.

  You'll be staying just a 15-minute drive from the beach! Explore the various beaches in our area to get some fresh air. With Leiden around the corner and wonderful cities like The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam nearby, you can take a nice city trip from our holiday park. The area for true flower lovers in spring time. Walk or bike through The Bulb Region or visit the famous Keukenhof. With a location near the North Sea beach and beautiful dunes, it is a wonderful place for walking and biking enthusiasts. From zoos and museums to playgrounds and amusement parks. There is plenty to do in the area!
