Good morning. I am Sylvie and I am a photographer. 6 years ago, I returned to France from the US where I worked for many years.
I just bought a new house in the city of Perpignan in Catalane, 25 km from Spain. The city is well know for it's history from the 13 century when the King of Marjorque built his Pallace .
The city is proud of it's Catalane roots, that remain a big influence in the région.
A city between the Méditerranée and the Pyrénées mountain withhe typical little street full of restaurant terasse give it it's charm.
The city that Salvator Dali had offically renamed : El Centro Del Mon : In Catalan: The center of the world.
Bonjour. Je suis Sylvie et je suis photographe. Il y a 6 ans ,Je suis revenue en France des US ou j'ai travaillé de nombreuse années.
Je viens d'acheté une nouvelle maison à Perpignan ville Catalane 25km de l'Espagne.
La ville est connu pour son histoire Catalane avec son Palais des rois de Majorque construit au 13eme siècle .
L'Influence Catalane est toujours très présente dans la région.
Une ville entre la Méditerranée et les Pyrénées avec ses petites rues bondées de térasse de café.
La ville que Salvator Dali a officiellement nommé : El Centre Del Mon : In Catalan Le centre du monde -

The housse is situated 20mn walking and 5mn by bus to the historic center of Perpignan.
Museum, restaurant , theatre in a typical Catalane city with a lot history and Spanish influence.
20mn from the Meditérranée, 1/2 hour from Spain train a proximité , one hour from Barcelona for a day trip.
and 30mn from the ski station of the Pyrénées
La maison est situé à 20mn à pied et 5mn en bus du centre historique de Perpignan.
Avec ses musées, restaurant , théatre dans la ville typique Catalane et toute son histoire avec l'influence Espagnole.
20mn de la mer, 1/2 hr de l'Espagne en train, et une heure de Barcelone pour une escapade pour une journée.
30MN des stations de ski des Pyrénées. -

I'm an artist and I always love to collaborate with young and different mind.
I just bought the house so I need help for painting, handing work ( shelves, ...) boxes and gardening.
En tant qu'artiste j'aime collaborer avec des idées jeune et différente.
Je viens juste d'acheter ma maison et J'ai besoin d'aide pour les finitions de la maison. Peinture, bricolage ( monter des étagères ) aider avec les cartons et jardinage. -

She is very respectfull, undestand very quickly what needs to be done.
Works well by herself, very meticulous.
She was great to have .....and she loves to sing.
She can come back anytime.
She came at the right time, I had hurt myself and needed help around the house.
She was great, would not let me do anything. She was fast to learn her way around the house.
I also had an opening and she carried table and boxes , she also took care of the bar everyone loved her.
