  Our family home is nestled in seclusion on 1/4 acre in the heart of town with Australian birds & wild life a plenty, a creek & bush reserve. Our garden consists of fruit trees, Bush Tucker, herbs, veggies, chooks, wormfarm, native beekeeping. Our fur babies are 2 indoor cats and our friendly old Labrador, Dex.
  
  We practice self-reliant practices, growing, cooking, preserving, fermenting, medicine-making & home brewing . We have many permaculture systems in place & can show how these self-sufficient principles work in a 'normal' aussie house block in suburbia.
  
  Other hobbies include surfing, weaving, bushwalking, swimming, camping, cycling, music, craft qigong & yoga.
  
  Keith is Canadian (we met while he was backpacking & surfing in Oz back in '89. Nicole is of Italian heritage and grew up in Ulladulla. We have 3 grown children & 2 beautiful grand daughters 4 &5 who live around the corner & visit often. We are easy walking distance (10mins) to Mollymook Beach, Ulladulla Harbour & shops & a few minutes drive to Milton village.
  
  We prefer 2 - 4 week stays and longer by negotiation. Work is 2-3 hours, 3-4days /week), leaving you plenty of time to surf & explore the beautiful south coast. Acommodation is in our, self contained 'Cottage', so you can cook for yourself, and also share meals in the big house with us.
  
  Weve just finished renovating 'The Cottage' with a new roof, kitchen, & compost toilet. Now we have lots of gardening to catch up on! Some paving also on the list for someone who's experienced.

  Gardening, composting, humanure, beekeeping, worm-farming, making seaweed fertiliser & soil amendments, wicking beds, driveway gardening, food preserving, herbal medicine, home brewing. Daily kitchen, animal and garden rituals and practices in a self reliant aussie homestead, preserving through the seasons.

  Work includes general tending of garden, animal care, making compost, mulching, digging, weeding, herb & food preserving.... in flow with the day, season & moment. Some home and garden maintenance is also required sometimes. We prefer someone with some gardening experience & able to work independently if needed.

  Accomodation for 1 or 2 in 'The Cottage', a private, self-contained 'tiny house' in our garden, with a Double bed, hot outdoor shower, composting toilet & camp kitchen with fridge/freezer, hotplate, convection/ grill/microwave & BBQ, blender... all your need. We share some meals. Length of stay to be negotiated prefer 2-4 week stays. Long term by negotiation. Also have a n ebike for cheap surf checks:)

  Our fur babies are 2 Burmese cats Maisee 17 and Lucy 10 and Dex our 11yr old black Labrador who loves our morning swim at the 'golfi' dog.beach.
