  **UPDATE: I’m currently looking for 2 volunteers:**
  
  **1. Someone to help with cooking**
  I’m looking for someone who enjoys cooking and can help prepare lunch and dinner. The schedule is approximately 2 hours for lunch, from 12:00 to 14:00, and 2 hours for dinner, from 18:00 to 20:00. Ideally, you have some experience cooking and feel comfortable preparing simple, everyday meals.
  
  **2. Someone to help with the garden, vegetable garden and basic cleaning**
  The second volunteer will help with basic gardening and maintenance tasks, mainly taking care of the vegetable garden and keeping the outdoor areas in good condition. There will also be some basic cleaning and general household maintenance.
  
  We are **5 people in total, including the 2 volunteers**, and we share meals together as part of our daily routine.

  I host volunteers in a small rural village in Asturias, in the north of Spain.
  
  The exchange takes place in a volunteers’ house located in Bierces, surrounded by nature, mountains and quiet landscapes.
  
  It’s a simple and peaceful environment, focused on daily life, shared routines and collaboration.
  
  I am currently developing a personal creative project in the area, related to digital content and small in-person activities.
  
  This project does not involve volunteers directly, but you may naturally be exposed to it through daily interaction and conversations.

  You will stay in a small rural house in Bierces (Asturias), surrounded by nature and quiet landscapes.
  
  The cultural exchange is based on shared daily life, collaboration and rural living.
  
  Tasks are simple and related to the daily maintenance of the house and garden, including cooking, cleaning, organizing shared spaces and basic outdoor help.
  
  We share meals, conversations and daily routines together as part of the experience.
  
  During your stay, you will experience a calm lifestyle focused on nature, simplicity and community.
  
  This is not a structured training or professional work environment, but an informal cultural exchange based on collaboration and shared living.
  
  You can also practice Spanish naturally in everyday interactions.

  Bierces is a very small village surrounded by mountains, forests and rural trails.
  
  There are no shops or close neighbors, only nature and silence.
  
  Location:
  
  4 km from Infiesto (supermarkets, train, cafés, health center)
  45 minutes from Oviedo
  Less than 1 hour from Gijón and Avilés
  30 minutes from the beach
  1 hour from Picos de Europa
  
  You can arrive by train or bus to Infiesto, and from there we coordinate pickup.
  
  In your free time you can:
  
  Explore nature
  Work on your own projects
  Rest and disconnect
  
  This place is for people who value focus, autonomy and simplicity.
  
  If you are looking for a social or busy environment, this is not the right place.
