Volunteers needed from April 1st to April 17th to house sit - MUST have own car:
- help tidy up after winter and get the place ready for summer (painting, cleaning, moving stuff about)
- people with skills in wood work, plumbing, construction and gardening most welcome
- people that enjoy cooking for a group of people and want to take on role of chef/ food manager
- video documenting process and making short films of house renovation

The days will be helping out in which ever capacity you have come to do, and helping in something else too to mix it up, cooking. There is Brindisi a few kms away which has good night life....Ostuni which is amazing, and the beaches are incredibly beautiful.
