  About Us
  Hello Workawayers!
  
  We are a vibrant, multicultural family of three living in beautiful Sicily. I am originally from Sicily, and my girlfriend is from Colombia. Together, we are raising our wonderful daughter, Amelia, who is almost 3 years old. We are excited to welcome a caring and responsible Workawayer to join our family and help us with babysitting and daily activities from Sept the 1st till Sept the 15th.
  
  Our Family
  Gabriele (Sicilian): I bring the warmth and tradition of Sicily into our home. I love music, cooking, and sharing the flavors, culture, and beautiful landscapes of our region.
  Sandra (Colombian): She brings the rich, vibrant culture of Colombia to our family. She is passionate about climbing and the outdoors, and enjoys sharing her love for adventure and nature.
  Amelia (2.8 years old): Our curious and joyful daughter. She is full of energy and loves to explore the world around her. We are looking for someone who can engage with her, keep her entertained, and help her grow and learn in a nurturing environment.
  
  Our Home & Animals: We live in a house with a big land with a lot of threes where Amelia loves to play. We also have two friendly chickens that keep us company and provide fresh eggs, and we often receive visits from other animals around the land and garden, which makes life here even more lively and connected with nature.

  We are looking for a responsible, patient, and loving babysitter who can help us take care of Amelia.
  Your day would include activities such as playing, drawing, taking walks, preparing her meals, putting her down for a nap after lunch and light household chores related to Amelia’s care (e.g., tidying up her play area, washing her dishes). We work from home, so we can give you a hand if she has trouble sleeping or if any other need arises.

  During your time off, there is plenty to explore and enjoy around our beautiful home in Macari, near San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily. Although public transportation is limited, the natural beauty and local attractions more than make up for it. Here's a bit more about what you can experience:

  - San Vito Lo Capo: Known for its stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, San Vito Lo Capo is a perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying water sports. The town also hosts the famous Cous Cous Fest, celebrating international cuisine and culture.
