  We are a sailing school and bar-restaurant located in Salento, a region in southeastern Italy, specifically in Santa Maria di Leuca.
  From April to October, we offer sailing lessons for both children and adults.
  Our activities include weekly sailing courses, as well as sailing camps for kids in June and July.
  We have always loved sailing and have spent our entire lives around the sea and boats. For us, it’s all about having fun!
  During the same period, our bar-restaurant is also open, offering seafood cuisine, a wide variety of beers, and wines.
  A fantastic place to enjoy good music, eat, and drink in good company.

  Since many years we host people from different countries. We love improving our English and have a cultural exchange with every people want to spent some time with us and learn italian language and culture. Probably in our sailing school more then 30 people arrived and stayed with us by workaway.
  
  In the first times we offered only accomodation and food but when we have discovered that them really wanted to give us a hand we have decided to offer a payment to everyone according to every skills.
  
  We give also in the free time in according with the instructors, the possibility to learn sailing.
  
  Every people arrive in here like workwayer but leaves like our good friends.

  We are looking for Sailing Instructors from different countries.
  Our vision for the Sailing School program is to provide a fun, safe and rewarding experience for all participants, who will likely have a wide range of sailing abilities and experience.
  
  We are looking also for anyone can stay with our students during the summer camps.
  Task is speak english with them during the sport activity and make some pictures and videos for our social and web site.
  We are also a coffe/restaurant in the same area and we are searching for a barman, bartender, a kitchen assistant and waiters.
  
  We can offer regular payment only to European citizens or people with resident permit or dual citizenship.
  
  We can offer accomodation and payment.

  We love to host people for a language exchange, for us and sure for our students and for our bar restaurant customers.

  Acomodação

  The school is situated in a beautiful garden (we call it 'the ranch'), in the village centre, near the sea. You will be housed in the upper floor of the school where there are eight beds, kitchen and shared bathroom. Also, when it's necessary, during the sailing camp, you will be housed in a camping whit our students.

  We have two wi-fi lines one for sailing school and one for bar/restaurant. I don't know the speed but normally we don't have any problems. There are many usb plug and socket near every table in our space.
