Peaceful place in Auvergne. Help with renovations around our home in France

Olivier and me bought our house in 2016 and are since then renovating it. We live in the landscape side, in a small village with approximately 15 houses. The next village with shops is 4 km away.

We have a dog, cat, donkey, and a goat.
We try to be more and more eco-responsible and we love to share our place. We have a great view on the volcanos and there are a lot of hiking possibilities nearby.

As I am Luxemburgish, I speak German and French as well. So if someone wants to practice these languages, there will be no problem.
We share our whole knowledge and experience with the volunteers and maybe we can even learn some new skills together.
We can show you around, give some cooking classes for Typical Auvergnat, Luxemburgish and Nepali dishes.
Olivier has a cheese shop, so you can also learn about how to mature cheese.
I am a Naturopath and I practice feet and hand massage. I can show you some movements if you want.

Ajuda

We mostly need help with the surroundings, gardening, taking care of the animals as well as some renovation and painting work in our house.
We will also share the general housework.

Acomodação

We have a big house and will share it with you. You will have your own room.
I am vegetarian, and we eat only the eggs from our chicken. It would be nice if we could cook sometimes together and sometimes relate each other.

Our region is well known for outdoor activities... hiking, biking, swimming in the lake, skiing... but there are also nice villages and castles to visit. There is no public transport but we have two cars and can arrange to lend one sometimes.
