  Hello! We’re a friendly family of four (plus Dotty, our small morkie dog!) who have been living in Spain for seven years now. We recently moved to Cotobro, a lovely area conveniently situated just 5 minutes between Almuñécar and La Herradura in Granada.
  
  I'm from the UK, and my husband is from Peru. Our daughters are 8 and 13 years old and attend local schools. Life is pretty busy as my husband and I each run our own businesses, so we’re looking for someone who can step in and help us keep family life running smoothly.
  
  We need someone who can drive (you'll be collecting the girls from school), help look after them, give a hand with homework, prepare dinner, and keep the house organized and tidy. It would also be wonderful if you enjoy spending time doing fun activities or creative projects with the girls—they're both independent, adaptable, and love meeting new people.
  
  Cooking is an important part of the role, so confidence in the kitchen is a must.
  
  We're excited to welcome someone friendly and enthusiastic into our family!

  Language exchange: I'm fluent in English and it is my native tongue. My husband is fluent in Spanish and English and Spanish is his native tongue. Please note, we primarily speak English in our home with a little Spanish

  My husband and I typically work from our office in Almuñécar, though sometimes we also work from home.
  
  We are looking for help Monday to Friday, from around 3 pm to 8 pm.
  
  Typical tasks would include picking up our girls from school (driving is necessary), preparing dinner (we eat meat, plenty of vegetables, and salads), helping keep the house tidy, assisting with homework, and spending time doing fun and creative activities with our daughters.
  
  Cooking is a big part of this role, so it's important that you feel confident preparing family meals.
  
  Other details:
  
  We’re looking for someone to stay with us for about 2–4 weeks maximum.

  Individual room with a large double bed on the second floor with private terrace. Room has a cupboards, bedside table drawers and a desk.
  
  There’s a shared living room and kitchen. Wifi, outside kitchen, pool and terraces.
  
  We live in a four bedroom house about a 5 minute drive from the main town.
  
  La Herradura is a lovely seaside town 45 minutes from both Malaga city and Granada city.
  
  It’s got a lively international community with people from all over the world.
  
  We are happy to help you with transport from our home to town when needed as long as we don't have any conflicts in our schedule.

  We can host 1 person at a time and we can’t host pets. Please don't contact us if you are more than 1, there is no way we can accommodate more. Thank you :)
  
  You can easily walk to Almunecar along the main road. You will also have access to our car.
  
  In La Herradura there is a lively and active world schooling community. There are usually lots of yoga and well being classes as well as tourism companies offering kayaks, paddle boarding, snorkelling and diving.
