  Hello Workawayers!
  This project is supervised and guided by a certified permaculture designer. Our team has professional experiences in many different aspects. We are friends and family that combine their powers and knowledge to realize our vision.
  We want to get to a point of self sufficiency, where we don´t have to buy any food in the future. We are a group of 4 people from Sicily, Belgium and Germany and we are located in the beach in Sicily, where we´re building a food forrest and a place to live in peace with nature. We already have some chickens and are currently planting a lot of trees and all sorts of veggies till the space is crowdly covered. Our goal is to live self sufficent in the future! We want to build a tiny house village to accommodate guests for cultural exchange. Lots of different things to do here from gardening to kitchen, from fishing to building, there is nearly something for everyone.
  In the Future we´ll start offering the PDC (Permaculture Design Certificate Course).

  O que é isso?

  Oportunidades de intercâmbio cultural e aprendizado

  As we are a team of experienced permaculturists, construction workers and gardeners, that come from different countries, we can offer a big exchange of knowledge and culture.
  This project is supported by sicilians, as the owner of the land is half sicilian.
  Our farm is supervised by one of our construction & gardening specialists, he will be your host and can show you everything.
  We were travellers ourselves being to New Zealand and Australia for 6 years and the more cultures we get to know, the more exchange can take place, we are very open minded people. Due to our work here, people can learn a lot about permaculture, gardening, (eco) building & construction, ecological environmental technologies, living off grid, being self sufficient, animal care, water & electrical installation... and much more!
  In the Future we´ll start offering the PDC (Permaculture Design Certificate Course).

  Ajuda

  We are looking for happy people helping in many different ways, household help, construction, lots of gardening, planting and cultivating trees and other plants. Building a food forrest and accomondation for future guests. We try to make most stuff out of recycled or biological materials like pallets and stones we collect.
  Our land is mainly made of sand, so our biggest goal at the moment is to turn it back to soil. We make our own compost with lots of different materials and we are introducing animals to the land to improve soil growth.
  
  These are our running projects and other jobs where you can help us:
  - Creating a food forest (Permaculture)
  - Building a small eco village (Eco Constructions)
  - Building facilities (Contruction and installation; Showers, Toilets)
  - Gardening (Planting, Watering, Cutting, Mulching, Composting)
  - Water Management (Create swales, Irrigation systems, Water connections)
  - Building shelters for animals (Goat, Chickens, Rabbits)
  - Animal care
  - Building & construction of tiny houses or walls (Mason & Roofers work, Concrete)
  - Cooking and cleaning, washing
  - Householding
  ...actually we have something to do for everybody ;)

  Acomodação

  You can stay in one of our camper trailer or tents.
  You are welcome to bring your van or motorhome aswell.
  Coming soon: Tiny houses for our guests!
  Beautiful beach in front of the property about 200 meters.
  At the moment we have an outdoor shower and a biological toilet which will be upgraded in the near future.
  The maximum amount of workawayers we can take is 4.

  Algo mais...

  We are located exactly between Triscina and the beatiful village Tré Fontane. So you can explore both of them easily. The beach is very close, you´ll hear the noise of the ocean every day and night.
  In the summer Tre Fontané is very popular and there are a lot of activities you can do, especially in the night time.
  The biggest city close to us is Castelvetrano, there you can buy all sorts of goods.
  Not far away from our place is the lovely town Selinunte, where you can visit historical buildings like greece temples.
  Aswell there are plenty of bike and hiking trails nearby, we are trail and downhill riders, so if you want to bring your bike, you are welcome.
  We go fishing sometimes or even just walking along the shoreline and watching out for good washed on shore stuff, it can be quite funny and satisfying.
  We like an easy life and we dont need much luxury, human values ​​are our priority.
