  We are an ecological farm with mother cows and horses. Our family includes Jan 50, Suse 41, Joshi 14, Liam 11, Hannah 6 and two dogs, a cat a couple of chicken cows and horses. For our projects we are looking for nice open-minded people who would like to help us. Our suckler cow herd consists of 40 animals, predominantly Fleckvieh. As an experiment, we are getting a few Wagyúrinder. Our 30 horses are Quarter and Painthorse.
  
  
  Your work would include the following: Peeling off the paddocks of the mare (if there are any) and renewing the water, helping to plant beds in the garden, plucking the weeds, cooking food, kitchen / bathroom / etc. cleaning, sweeping the yard, mowing the lawn if the kids want to play with the kids, cleaning up the yard and so on and so on. So the main work includes everything that occurs in the household.
  Coupling fences also have to be repaired from time to time.

  Wir sind ein ökologisch wirtschaftender Hof mit Mutterkühen und Pferden. Zu unserer Familie gehören Jan 50, Suse 41, Joshi 14, Liam 11, Hannah 6 und Zwei Hunde, eine Katze ein paar Hühner Kühe und Pferde. Für unsere Projekte suchen wir nette aufgeschlossene Menschen die uns gern helfen wollen. Unsere Mutterkuhherde besteht aus 40 Tieren, überwiegend Fleckvieh. Als Experiment ziehen wir uns gerade ein paar Wagyúrinder heran. Unsere 30 Pferde sind Quarter und Painthorse.
  
  
  Eure Arbeiten würden unter anderem folgendes sein: Die Paddocks der Deckstuten abäppeln (insofern gerade welche da sind) und das Wasser erneuern, im Garten helfen Beete anzulegen, das Unkraut zu rupfen, Essen kochen, Küche/Bad/etc. putzen, Hof fegen, Rasen mähen, wenn die Kinder wollen mit den Kindern spielen, Hof aufräumen und so weiter und so fort. Also die Hauptarbeit umfasst alles was so im Haushalt anfällt.
  Immer mal müssen auch Koppelzäune repariert werden.

  Visitors will be able to experience our farm in a seasons-dependent way. In the winter the calves are born and the foals are born in the spring, while the hay is in the summer.
  
  Besucher können auf unserem Hof Jahreszeitenabhängig erleben wie es ist ökologisch zu wirtschaften. Im Winter werden die Kälbchen geboren und im Frühjahr die Fohlen, im Sommer ist die Heuernte.

  update 05/2022 We plan to travel for 2 weeks in mid to late May. So if there is someone who would like to come to us.... you would be alone on the farm for 14 days.
  
  update 05/2022 Wir haben vor Mitte bis Ende Mai für 2 Wochen zu verreisen. Sollte sich also noch jemand finden der zu uns kommen möchte.... du wärst 14 Tage dann allein auf dem Hof.
  
  04/2022 We're back and taking on Workawayer. All the calves have been born and the first foals are already here. That means spending a lot of time with the foals so that they become trusting. This is sometimes a bit time-consuming on our large pastures. 4 young horses are to be broken in this year and need a lot of attention. There is also a lot to do in the garden. More beds must be created and plants brought forward. Our garden lay fallow for 2 years and now needs to be recultivated. A lot to do. Our house also needs some manual skills. The lime/tadelakt plaster is still missing in the bathroom so that we can finish building this as well. So if you have practical experience with Tadelakt bring it on. Regardless of everything, our storage room was simply delivered after the move. Now it's time to sort and arrange it. I am planning to set up a food charging station, so the garage that is being used needs to be refurbished. A community sauna for the village is being planned... Children's riding for our children and for the Ukrainian children is being planned. A brand new panel round pen has been created on our farm for this purpose. There is so much to do and so many plans. And.... just sitting around and doing nothing is also part of the plan. This requires hands that lend a hand. We are also interested in a longer term stay if it is a good fit. I look forward to you all.
  
  
  04/2022
  Wir sind wieder zurück und nehmen Workawayer auf. Es sind alle Kälbchen geboren und die ersten Fohlen sind auch schon da. Das heißt, viel Zeit bei den Fohlen verbringen damit sie zutraulich werden. Auf unseren großen Weiden ist das manchmal etwas zeitaufwändig.
  4 junge Pferde sollen dieses Jahr eingeritten werden und brauchen viel Aufmerksamkeit.
  Auch im Garten ist einiges zu tun. Weitere Beete müssen angelegt werden und Pflanzen vorgezogen. Unser Garten lag 2 Jahre lang brach und muss nun rekultiviert werden. Viel zu tun.
  Unser Haus braucht auch noch etwas handwerkliches Geschick. Im Bad fehlt noch der Kalk/Tadelaktputz damit wir auch dieses zu ende bauen können. Also wenn ihr praktische Erfahrungen mit Tadelakt habt immer her damit.
  Unser Abstelllager ist nach dem Umzug ungeachtet allem einfach nur zugestellt worden nun ist es an der Zeit dieses zu sortieren und zu ordnen.
  Ich plane eine Foodcharing Station zu errichten dafür muss die genutzte Garage in Schuss gebracht werden.
  Eine Gemeinschaftssauna fürs Dorf ist in Planung...
  Kinderreiten für unsere Kinder sowie für die Ukrainischen Kinder ist in Planung. Dafür ist ganz neu ein Panelroundpen auf unserem Hof entstanden.
  Es ist so viel zu tun und es gibt so viele Pläne.
  Und.... einfach nur mal rumsitzen und nichts tun steht auch auf dem Plan. Dafür braucht es Hände die mit anpacken.
  Wir sind auch interessiert an einem längerfristigen Aufenthalt wenn es gut passt.

  In your free time, it is possible to discover nature on horseback. (at the moment only because our main riding horse is getting a foal) In our area there are various cultural offers such as cinema, exhibitions, festivals. Berlin can be reached by train in less than an hour.
  
  In der Freizeit ist es bei uns möglich die Natur vom Pferd aus zu entdecken. (zur Zeit nur beding weil unser Hauptreitpferd ein Fohlen bekommt)
  In unserer Umgebung gibt es verschiedene kulturelle Angebote wie Kino, Ausstellungen, Festivals. Berlin ist mit dem Zug in einer knappen Stunde zu erreichen.
