  We are Alli and Erin-- American expats on our fourth year living in beautiful Dubrovnik. Located just above sunset beach in Lapad, we’re within walking distance of everything you could need, and conveniently located near several bus stops.
  
  Our dog is a 7 year old staffy mix named Athena. She does not mind other dogs, and has yet to meet a human who did not immediately fall in love with her.
  
  We have to leave the country occasionally for a few weeks to month at a time, and we’re looking for someone to stay at our home in Dubrovnik and care for Athena while we are away.
  
  Athena eats twice a day, and goes for two walks a day. Outside of that, she likes to play with ropes and chew toys— No squeakers.

  Dubrovnik’s advent market will be occurring during your stay with us. You will get to experience what it is like to be local— there are not as many tourists here this time of year, and it’s a wonderful, quiet, time to get to know the city.

• 

  Ajuda

  We are looking for someone(s) to house and dog sit when we travel. Our next trip we will need support April 16th - May 11th 2026.
  
  We have one dog.
  
  Athena needs to go outside 2-3 times per day. She also requires two walks per day. The timing does not matter so much as the frequency. (Morning, afternoon, evening/night). She needs to be around people, and eats twice per day.
  
  She needs a lot of attention to feel secure and LOVES watching tv and chewing on her chewy.
  
  Athena can be played with with ropes or other toys that DO NOT squeak. Squeaky toys and loud noises deeply upset her and should be avoided.
  
  Athena is friendly and can be introduced to new people and dogs comfortably. She loves to cuddle and be social.
  
  Our ideal helper will have some experience with dogs.

  Your bedroom has a double bed and a sea view window. We have an entire guest WiFi network you can connect to, a full kitchen you’re welcome to, a living room with a smart TV, and a terrace you can take your morning coffee on.
