  Hello everyone!
  
  We're Alva and Gabriele, a Swedish and Swiss/Italian couple! Our family also includes our dogs Wino, Pupi and Bippi :) At the moment we are living in our summer house, working for earning money for travelling in our camper during the winter!
  
  So yes, we love travelling, and are workawayers too! We have worked awayed all over this earth and loved it so much. The chance to see a new place with the company of locals is the best.
  
  And we have an extra summerhouse at our place, so we are therefore super happy to host workawayers from all over! Here you will have a chill time, dog-sit a few hours, and as well be able to help out on different projects if you like.

  We're a Swedish and Swiss/Italian couple, there's plenty of culture we can share from both our backgrounds.
  
  Alva knows about wild local plants and likes collecting what nature has to offer . You can always join!
  
  Gabriele is a music enthusiast and can teach and jam with you!
  
  We're excited to share lazy days, BBQ's with our friends, trips around the area and swimming in the lakes.
  
  As well feel free to stay alone and do nothing! :)

  Ajuda

  We go to work in a foodtruck 4 km away. During this time we would love if you could spend some time with our dogs outside in the garden! There is no pressure to stay here the whole day if you don't want, if you want to go away, the dogs can go inside and rest inside the house!
  
  Apart from that, we would love help with the garden, and general maintenance! We might repaint the houses and the fence, and fix the patio of the workawayer house and as well start some new building projects!
  
  In reality we would love that every individual choose what to do during the day, it's not mandatory to do something if you dont feel it.
  We're just happy to host and meet travelers and share our place.
  
  How much you want, when you want.- no more than 15 hours/week- no food provided

  Acomodação

  We offer two seperate volunteer houses, allowing 2-3 persons to stay with us at a time!
  
  House number 1 is a small and charming summer house next to ours. It has a bedroom for two persons, a kitchen, entrance and a roofed outside area.
  
  House number 2 is just a bedroom (see pictures)! If you stay in here you will share the kitchen and spaces with volunteers in house 1, we hope you all become friends :)
  
  There are two compost toilets here with forest views! 😄 Shower is by 2 of june 2025 consisting of heating up hot water and put in a bucket and scoop over yourself outside in a designated area! Within a short period we will install a boiler so we have a modern shower system, but rest assure that bucket showers are actually pretty awesome, they are like a ritual ;)
  
  We have a washing mashine!
  
  Everyone pays for their own food! We like to make big meals for everyone sometimes, and we think it would be really nice to have community style dinners, everyone taking turns making food and we eat together! And some other days maybe everyone eats alone, just going with the rythm :)

  The towns Söderköping and Norrköping are both 9 km away, south and north of us.
  
  Söderköping is a small and pittoresque summer town where Göta Kanal (hand dugged canal that goes from to west to east of Sweden) passes thorugh. Come here to get an ice cream, look at boats and just chill!
  
  Norrköping is a lively student town where you find everything!
  
  There is a bus stop 10 min by walking from us. We as well have two bikes you are welcome to use!

  We have three dogs; two pugs (5 and 7 years old) and a large Spanish mastin (9 years old). The mastin is protective and dominant towards other dogs, the first day there might be some arguments with a new dog but eventually they will figure it out, she is a travelling dog and is used to meet a lot of new dogs. They are all three super calm and lovely towards humans.
