PROVISION OF EDUCATION TO THE CHILDREN
The organization has established a small centre which will help the community in large, the centre provides education to children aged from 2 to 6. Mostly of the children they are coming from poor family and they cannot afford to pay for the big schools. Let us join together to make sure me and you we are fulfilling the dreams of little angels. (Rafiki just know together we can stand and make a big difference)
In completing our objective of helping the children here are some of the services we offer to our centre:
EDUCATION TO THE YOUTH
Our Youth group takes place at our office where we are teaching them English, IT and business skills which will help them to be employed in future. We are also providing health education in the avoidance of early pregnancy, STD s diseases like HIV/AIDS and menstrual issues. We are arranging seminars and various events in order to provide entrepreneurship skills. For volunteers who have experience in other areas we welcome you to teach and share your passion.
FUNDRAISING FOR COMPLETING/ MAINTAINING OUR CURRENT CLASSROOMS.
We are running lots of fundraising opportunities so that we are able to continue doing what we love. An example is that the current school and Office we have, we are renting these. Our next fundraiser will be to buying the land. There are lots of projects at the school to be done such as painting, gardening, fixing. Through fundraising we can be able to maintain the current environment, establishing/putting playing equipment for children, increasing some chairs and desks, providing uniforms, providing books, teaching and learning materials as well as and painting the rooms.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
We are helping women with various social and economic aspects to make sure that they can have the ability to be financially independent and self sufficient, thereby gaining respect from the community. We teach them skills to attain this. We teach them health education and various life skills to also aide them for their future.
We trained them to sew Masai products and now they are able to produce Masai products and we are still looking for the people who will connect them to the customers so that they can be able to help their family.

Volunteers who join us will have chances to participate in various local events organised with our organisation.
They will have the chance to learn local languages like Swahili which is commonly used in Tanzania mainland as a tool of communication.
Apart from the Swahili language, volunteers will have time to visit and meet the Masai tribe to learn about their culture.
Communicating and visiting various streets in Arusha is another benefit to our travelers where they can observe the life of local people.
We have started a free walking tour whereby on weekends volunteers will have a chance to go and visit famous places found in Arusha and learning the short history of all the famous places that they will be taken.
On Sunday we have the program of going to church to see how we are praying and worship in Tanzania (this is optional).
Este projeto pode envolver crianças. Para mais informações, veja aqui nossas diretrizes e dicas.
There are many projects at our organisation and it is a good idea to have a think about where you will be able to help best, for example this could be teaching, building, or social media and let us know before hand so we can share some tips of what to prepare for and what areas need help.
MORE SPECIFIC AREAS THAT NEED HELP;
We need volunteers who will help us to teach English and other International languages to our youth and
women. In our school , which is near to our office we have a lot of children who need love, help and attention. We ask volunteers who have the heart to play with the children...this goes a long way in helping them feel more valued. We desire to paint our classrooms to make them a happy place thereby creating a better learning environment.
We are still not good with social media, website design and graphic design thus why we need volunteers who
are able to help in these areas. If able to use a camera for photography and videography that would be amazing to help and teach us. These are necessary components to our marketing, fundraising and community awareness. Apart from social media, we need help with graphic design for various events arranged and planned by the organisation.
Since we are a non profit organisation, we are in need of volunteers who can organise fundraising opportunities both locally and internationally so that we can facilitate the necessary projects to help the development of the community in general
We need to have as many projects as we can so we are asking the volunteers who have experience in the
planning of projects and report writing for the established project
