We are a Danish gay couple looking for general help in our wonderful paradis. We have been married for 17 years and are very openminded..
Both of us have been working on the international scene and speak several languages, but the main language will be Englsih.
Looking for help/sparing with the daily mainteanece of our wonderful place - we like to call paradise.
If your are keen on being a part of our small family, consisting of Jens and Michael, you have chosen the right place.
Over the last three years we have had loads of workawayers and some of them have even become dear friends to us.
We started out be giving rewievs to all of them but unfortunately discovered that it ended up being a waiting game and one big shoulder padding. Thats why we do not have and/or gave a lot of rewievs.
We have had the imens pleasure of hosting fantastic workawayer from all over the globe each of them had their own caracteriscs and we have learned a lot from them as we also know that they have learned a lot from us. Being in a workaway situation is not a competition, but a mutual exchange of both work and points of views.
In our paradise there are a lot of wonderful plants and trees that attracs a masses of beautyful insects and butterflies - BUT.. it all needs to be taken care of and thats where YOU come in... we need helper(s) that knows what weeding means and are able to handle grass cutters to make the lawns look perfect.
Michael is the author of several books including cookery books and Jens has been working at The Royal Danish Opera. Both of us are well travled and like to exhange experienses and points of view.
We are looking for help to get our garden up to date - small trees needs to be cut down, weed need to be pulled up, gradle needs to be moved, grass needs to be cut and...
Please do not apply if you do not have any knowledge of gardening
We are looking for help with general maintanence of our houses and lands, but mostly weeding, weeding, grass cutting, stacking loggs for the winter and weeding - did we mention weeding?
HANDYMEN ARE VERY WELCOME - we have loads of smaller projects that need a helping hand.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR HELP TO COOK, CLEAN; TAKE CARE OF GUESTS ETC!!!
We do not have pets or any animals nor kids to take care of!
We are looking for people that can stay for at for at least 3 weeks.
You must be over 20, have a valid international driving licens and a valid visa if needed.

You will be a part of our small "family" and you will learn not only about Italian culture but also northern European cultures as we both were born and raised in Denmark.
You will have an unpredictable stay with two guys that had an international worklife and are not affraid of changes.

You will have a once in a liftime chance to get to learn about life in an Italian country house as well as an international view on life - do you dare to take this challenge?
We expect you to take part of the daily tasks, it being laundry, weeding, taking care of the garden or simply just to do what ever the day asks of you.
We expect you to help even during the weekends when needed.
Handymen/women are more than welcome.

We offer you a fantastic room with ensuite bathroom in a separete building and all meals that will be enjoyed in each others company every lunch and evening - we are NOT fast eaters, so expect that the evening will be spend having a good time together with interesting conversaitions, glasses of wine and sharing points of views.
