  We are looking for 2 travellers who can help us with cleaning the rooms and sometimes helping with the garden.
  The position starts at 20th of June and ends at 25 of August.
  Minimum stay is a month and maximum the whole time which will be the ideal.
  The arrival has to start between the 20-23 of June.Please do not apply for arrival dates after this day or before.
  
  Also Please do not apply if you have a single account.Its so busy here for us that we won’t find time to respond to you.
  Cause the volunteers have their own big apartment with a double bed it’s very important to keep it clean and tidy!
  
  Having cleaning experience and mostly love cleaning is the most important thing for us!
  And keep in mind Greece is getting hot in the summer!!!
  
  Speaking Turkish or Italian is a big plus!
  Due to the big amount of work here the response to the applications might get a little bit longer.

  Come and help us in our small family business in the gorgeous island of Leros
  
  We have a small family hotel in Leros, at the beautiful and traditional area of Alinda.
  
  I am Michalis (or Michael) and i am also a workawayer beside a host.
  I have Workawayed more than ten times in my workaway journey in my favorites Ireland and Italy, mostly helping in animal and dog shelters, which is more like a life goal and a passion.
  So i decided to join as a host.I am managing my family business hotel the last five years,as my father has retired and my mother works at a primary school.
  
  We want help mostly cleaning the guest rooms and a few times help with our garden.
  The working enviroment is relaxed with positive vibes.
  
  Good knowlegde of English language is required. Italian are also very welcome,as its the third language i talk.I can teach you the basics of the Greek language.I am also highly interested in learning the German and French language.
  
  Digital nomads are more than welcome as the wifi connection is very good.
  
  Leros is a traditional, peaceful, chill and calm Greek island different than other popular mass touristic greek islands.So if someone is looking for parties and entertainment, Leros is not the right place to be totally honest.
  Opposite of other Greek islands who are depopulated after the summer ends, Leros manages to stay a calm but also a busy island in the winter months with excellent public services and a lot of people living permanently here, including many European and digital nomads.
  
  Leros has a great history from the ancient years until the WWII with many historic attractions and museums as also the popular battle of Leros during the Second World War which lasted 52 days.
  
  There is an airport that connects the island with Athens with two fligths per day and its close to Kos, Rhodes and Samos where are big international airports which are connected with aiports from all Europe.There is also daily sea connection with many islands and Athens too.
  
  We are offering wage per every working hour.So you need to have a visa or a passport with you.
  
  Specifically we pay 5 euro per every working hour.
  
  
  We provide one indipendent apartment (35 square meters), fully equipment with its own kitchen, washing machine and private bathroom.Wifi is free and available all the time.We offer also breakfast and lunch but keep in mind that meat and fish are very important incredients of the greek kitchen if you are vegetarian or vegan.There are some days that we cook vegetarian dishes.You can give us also a list of things that you may need and we will buy that for you from the local super market.
  
  We really appreciate book lovers, as my mother is a big fan of literature, so you can find a big variety of books written in English in our library.
  
  Our place has a happy, calm and joyful Greek energy and we love to live in positive vibes.
  So having a calm, positive and honest personality is the most important.

  Leros is a gorgeous historic island at the Aegean Sea. Cause of its strategic position there were many conflicts in the island at the past,especially during the WWII. So you can find many historic attractions and museums.
  The beauty of the island is just breathtaking. As is not so famous as other greek islands, Leros is a hidden gem.

  The work is mainly cleaning the guest rooms from 09:45 until 13:45. Sometimes we need help with welcoming the new guests.
  No help needed at the afternoon.
  Totally 24 hours per week maximum.
