  We are David and Lynn, when we retired we bought an old village house with 6000sq m of land in Bulgaria in 2022.
  We are seeking to move to a more sustainable way of living. We have many projects waiting, lots in the garden and some in the house.. and a few simple construction ideas.
  This way of life is new to us and we are looking to find folks who would like to give us a hand!! We love living here, the area is beautiful. There are a number of folk in the area pursuing similar dreams we sometimes gather to share ideas.
  We love to share life with folk and frequently host local events.

  We are English, we’ve lived in the Balkans for over 25 years. The local community is diverse and the culture here is post-communist but poor and had very little investment.
  It’s an eye opener but a wonderful place to be.
  We are people who enjoy the company of people from different cultures…

  Ajuda

  We are looking for some folks who can offer a little skill and some energy
  We are looking to create a fresh water supply;
  We have a barn that we plan to improve to provide guest accommodation for our friends and family
  There is lots of garden projects including building some shaded areas and removing some pig sty’s.
  We will generally work together but at our age we appreciate some muscle and energy!!!

  The main house has 2 rooms downstairs plus shower room. It is fairly comfortable and a separate floor to us.
  
  We plan to offer breakfast and dinner and there will be food in the fridge available for lunch.

  We are in a small village close to the Greek and Turkish borders.
  Public Transport is poor but there is a mainline railway from Sofia to Istanbul in the nearest town about 15 km away.
