  Hello Workawayers!
  
  We are looking for Volunteers to help with our Holistic Retreat House. Our house is located in the heart of the Panamenian Beach community not far from mountains, bird watchin, hiking, surfing, horse back riding...you name it.
  We will appreciate workayers with some experience in Yoga, Meditation and Holistic therapies. Also, a big plus if you can help with DIY and building projects, General Maintenance, Creating/ Cooking family meals, Eco Projects, Helping around the house, Animal Care, Hospitality/Tourism, Charity Work, Helping with Computers/ Internet and Teaching.
  
  We offer accommodation in a Tent if you are a solo workawyer. It will be equipped with a with a single bed, internet and TV. All Vegetarian meals are included and you can make your own vegan dishes as well if you dont mind to share a kitchen.
  We offer cultural exchange, Spanish practice, local tours, cultural exchange, a family atmosphere, yoga clases any other fun activities.
  
  
  We ask for 4 hour daily help. You could also be trained to help us with some holistic therapies, and in that case you will be paid too, as clients come in.
  
  Our Holistic Retreat Center is a family-owned- and -operated business. We have created this space with much love and detail. We want to share our home and have lovely and spiritual people around, share good healthy meals, immerse in a good conversation, contribute and help each other and have a great cultural exchange.
  
  As a business, we are looking to integrate different holistic activities and host holistic retreats. We only have a few rooms available so no big groups to deal with.
  
  As a business, We offer services like:
  
  Anti-stress therapies
  Rituals of integral healing (Mind, Body, and Spirit)
  Ayurveda
  Chakra Cleansing
  Tarot reading
  Astrology
  Homa Therapy
  
  We welcome clients who reserve a retreat or anyone who wants to take a yoga class and do all sorts of holistic activities.
  
  The idea is to host holistic retreats or day passes with vegetarian and detox nutrition packages like:
  
  Themed Group retreats
  Detox retreats
  Yoga retreats
  Meditation and wellness
  Therapy of 4 elements
  
  On the other hand, we are also making this place a big green house... so we can eat our our grown vegetables... we may need help with building and gardening.
  
  So as you can see... we have many ideas but not enough hands.
  
  We live on site and we are a very happy family with kids and pets around. It is a very nice and cozy place surrounded by nature in the heart of las playas del pacifico Panameño.
  
  We are located in Chame, Panama, about 60 minutes from Panamá City.

  Ajuda

  We are looking for:
  ----------------------------------------------------------
  *️️️️Yoga and meditation instructor to provide:
  1-hour daily yoga class ( 5 days a week )
  1-hour daily ( 5 days a week ) meditation or any holistic therapies, massage or any services you can provide for our guests, 5 days a week.
  
  The Yoga instructor should be able to receive walk-in customers or by appointment and whenever we have a holistic retreat.
  Everyone helps each other on basic duties around the house.

  *️️️️General Maintenance volunteer
  3 hours daily ( 5 days a week ) general maintenance help:
  
  Gardening, Pool maintenance, Cleaning... any help will be greatly appreciated!

  Be proactive..... if you see something that needs to be done so guests feel great.
  
  
  The rest of the day is yours. There are plenty of activities around the area and whenever possible I will and show you around and do fun stuff, even go to the city and enjoy many touristic sites in Panamá.
